Hi there! I'm an experienced event coordinator and planner, having 12 years creating spectacular personal, corporate, and public events. Wedding Planners do all of the running around, quote collection, haggling, and stressing for you.

Your engagement is a finite period of time and we believe it should be fully embraced and enjoyed, not spent stressing about small wedding details and budgeting.

We have the tools, experience, contacts, and know-how to make your dream a reality.

And don't worry, having a wedding planner doesn't mean you can't be involved. We'll always follow your lead to create the perfect planning experience for you. This means we could be collaberating on every aspect, you could control a handful of things while we do the rest, or you could set a budget and then be blown away with surprise on your wedding day. It's entirely up to you!

We can customise our wedding coordination package for you.

We offer full-service coordination, where we have a coordinator with each member of the couple and their bridal parties during the morning, ensuring everything is moving smoothly and everything is set up for photographers, everyone is eating and drinking etc. We'll also have a coordinator setting up the ceremony location, and another setting up the reception venue.

We manage vendors, stylists, venue staff, bridal party movements, guests movements, and so much more - we become the go-to person on the day so you and your families can enjoy themselves and be fully in the moment.

This may not be needed at every wedding so we work with our couples to ensure we have the correct coordination coverage for you. This could be full-service like above, or simply having a coordinator to bump-in food trucks and vendors.

Jess assisted us with on the day coordination for our Tipi style wedding as we needed someone to greet vendors at private property while the ceremony was taking place off site! Jess was seamless in her communication and attentive to all of my ideas! She was very generous with her time on the day and didn't leave until the reception was well under way. Jess from M.Ingle Events was our Wedding Coordinator, and with 3 different events and guestlists all on one day, she was absolutely amazing. Our wedding would not have been as smooth as it was without her. She ensured both brides had everything they needed, whenever they needed. There was no problem she couldn't handle, no issue she couldn't fix. She knew our schedule by heart, she ensured all the vendors and guests knew who she was should they need anything, and she made sure everything ran smoothly so we could focus on each other and having a great time celebrating with our loved ones. In all honesty, Jess' overall value is much, much more than she charged us for. Her wedding coordination service to us was priceless and we are so grateful for everything she did for us, not only on our wedding day, but setting up at the venue the day before our wedding, as well as ensuring she was with us from our very early start to our very late finish.

I'll always recommend M.Ingle! I have worked with Jess and the M.Ingle team a few times now, for my own wedding a few years ago and then again for my best friend's wedding, some school friends, and my counsin's wedding. She nails it every single time. I can't work out how she seems to just get into the brains of her clients and finds the perfect decor, flow, and style for them. For my own wedding, she was able to find all of our vendors at a great price, and plan our day so we got the best out of our vendors without having to pay standby fees or have people waiting. The yard games were perfect for guests of all ages, the decor and stationary was great (and she designed them all herself!!!) and she was able to manage my pesky relatives without being pushy or making them feel like they were being brushed off. Every guest felt like a VIP and is still talking about it years later when the topic of weddings comes up. She's 10/10 and just keeps getting better!
