2. Main vendors booked, but not sure where to go from here? The 'Partial Planning and Coordination' package is what you need.

FAQ

Totally up to you! Couples generally bring me on board anywhere from 4-24 months before their big day, depending on what they need. For full and partial planning, the earlier the better of course, however for day of coordinator this can be booked later down the track, being mindful of dates booking out in advance! 

This is such a FAQ! Its all in the name  - a planner helps with the planning side of house, where as a coordinator helps execute everything, and bring the vision together on the day of your wedding. My packages are reflective on what couples need for their big day. Already have everything organised and want someone there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly? A coordinator would be perfect for you. No idea where to start? A planner would be your go to. 2 of my packages offer a planner AND coordinator, as couples who have me plan their wedding will generally want me their on the big day! 

Yes! Most venues will only set up the bare bones (chairs, cutlery, plates etc), and anything personal such as table decor, styling and heavy items will be up to the couple to organise - this is where I come in! I also do pack downs at the end of the night.

Yes, LIMITLESS Wedding Planning has $10m public liability insurance for your peace of mind. All good wedding pros will have insurance - green flag! 

Yes! I love working with vendors who are great at what they do, are reliable, and all around nice people. Any vendor I recommend to you is because I think they would be an awesome fit for you, your lover, and your big day!

Maddie was an absolute D R E A M to work with! From the moment we reached out to her, she wasn’t just our coordinator—she became my wedding bestie, unofficial bridesmaid, and ultimate cheerleader. I'm a pretty organized person and had already planned a lot of our day when we brought Maddie on board, but honestly, we couldn’t have pulled everything together without her. Maddie was always one step ahead, genuinely excited for us, and never too busy to chat about wedding details, no matter how small. Where do I even begin? Honestly Maddie was a blessing to deal with the whole way through and put up with my constant change of plans until I finally made a decision and stuck to it. I definitely didn’t make it easy but Maddie never backed down from the challenge. From the first meeting at our venue she was well organised and well researched which helped me in deciding which vendors were best for our big day. She was always available to answer any questions and was always one step ahead, she was in constant contact with all the vendors so I didn’t have to deal with numerous different people which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. She kept me on track with what needed to be completed and by when so the whole process was smooth sailing. 100% recommend Maddie’s services, you will not be disappointed!!
