Chels is the heart and soul behind our planning team, with 12 years of experience crafting unforgettable weddings and events. She’s managed over 100 weddings and countless local and international events, all while indulging her love for travel and family. Chels mixes fun with organization, ensuring every event is an exciting adventure that’s both seamless and stress-free. Always down for a cocktail or a mocktail ;) if that more your thing.

Concept Design meeting
For Perth based wedding, meet Chels the owner at your venue of choice (or over teams, for locations outside of the metro area).
Allow up to 90 minutes to review your venue and discuss the concept and style you have been dreaming about.
This is an oppertunity to visualise the space and talk about how to create impactful designs. We will chat about what styling, furniture, lighting and design elements will help elevate the space, with a focus on statement pieces and discussing how we can repurpose elements to be more budget consious (if thats something you are mindful of).
All of this, plus a mood board to help you visualise everything we discussed and a list of reccomended supplier for the items we have discussed.

Personalise wedding website
Almost everyone is online these days and what better way to share the excitment and collect all those important RSVPs then with a wedding website.
Your wedding website can be used as an innitial invitation, or a one stop shop, for all things wedding - RSVPS, Dietaries, important info and to share answers to your guests burning questions (like is there a dress code & can I bring a +1).
Jump on an innital call with us, share the relevant details and themeing with us (or a few of your fav photos) and will do the rest.
*Please note we only cover the labour costs involved with setting up the website, any platform fees will be at the couplles expense and can range from $0-$200 depending on the features required.

Every couples journey is different and its never to early or too late (dare I say) to start planning your wedding, so welcome booking from 2 weeks to 24 months.
As a business who prioratises every couple by limiting the number of weddings we accept each month, we reccomend trying to reach out within these timeframes if your hoping to secure your preferred planning supplier:
Full planning - 12-24 months
Coordination - 6 to 12 months
Virtual consults - As soon as your ready or need a little guidance

There is nothing we love more than planning wedding in new and exciting locations throughout Australian and internationally.
With experience planning wedding in both Perth, NSW and Bali we are well equiped to assist you in your planning journey.
Please note regular meetings will be held over team, however we will be onsite for your wedding day.
Yes we sure do!
As a guide we have our flawless finish package, which encompases on the day coordination, as well as supplier managmeent and suppor in the 10 weeks leading up to your wedding.
We can also customise a package to suit you needs, if you are just looking for on the day support.
When you send us your enquiry, you can expect a response within 1-2 business days—check your junk folder if you don’t hear from us sooner!
Once we touch base, we’d love to set up a quick call to see if we’re the right vibe for you.
When you’re ready to book, we’ll schedule an initial team call (or meet up for a cocktail!) to dive into your love story, your dreams, and your vision for the big day. It’s the perfect chance to ask questions and share any concerns you might have.
Our goal is to make the planning process as seamless and stress-free as possible, capturing your unique personalities to create a wedding that’s all about you. You’ll have access to your personal planner throughout, via email, phone, and your shared portal.
On the big day, your planner (and likely an assistant) will be there to handle every detail, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!
We’re dedicated to making your big day unforgettable by blending exceptional service with a unique, tailored approach. Led by Chels, we take on a limited number of weddings each month to ensure everything is seamless and stress-free from start to finish. We’re passionate about making a big impact, all while keeping your budget in mind.
Our experienced team is committed to bringing your unique vision to life, making your celebration a true reflection of your style and love story. With us, you’ll enjoy a process that feels like having a close friend by your side and a day that’s remembered for all the right reasons.
No. We understand that every wedding and couples requirments are unique, so a set fee is not reflective of each indervidual and their needs.
Our base fee starts at $3000 for coordination and $5500 for wedding planning, with considerations of the below:
- Location
- If your ceremony and Reception location are at different locations
- Number of guests
- Duration (multi day weddings)
- Styling Vision
- Style of wedding - Seated/ cocktail style
We certainly do!
Our "Perfect your planning" is designed to help those who are wanting to plan there own wedding and just wanting some innitial support or guidance, or those who are yet to decide whether a planner is the best fit for their day as one low fixed price of $650.
