CelebrAIT started as a passion outlet from the corporate 9-5 and quickly turned into my full time job as I found endless joy in being involved in planning dream days for beautiful couples. Words cannot describe how absolutely awesome Cait is! We worked with Cait in the planning, organising and a very tight bump in/out schedule for our wedding. Cait communicated with us every step of the way even beyond the actual wedding which was so lovely! Her very calm and organised approach made the whole experience so much easier. She went above and beyond the essentials by supplying additional accessories, designing all our stationary, even being our end of night videographer! Leading up to the wedding all l could say was “l am so glad we have Cait, she is awesome!”. The amount of calls I made to her leading up to the day, on the day and even after it was crazy but she answered every single one! I don’t how she always seemed so calm, even with everything going on, she must be some kind superwomen! I could not recommend anyone more to be your helping hand on your special day and can not boast enough about how she goes above and beyond to ensure you are felt important, prioritised and so very special.

Amazing amazing amazing! Cait has been so great to work with - from communication from day 1, to execution on the day itself and even after. Nothing was too difficult for Cait. She worked beautifully with our tight budget and was super flexible with any changes leading up to the day. Planning a large event can be stressful but having Cait there took so much weight off my shoulders and allowed me to fully enjoy the day without worrying about having to coordinate other people and organise everything myself. The styling on the day was so much better than I could’ve imagined. Absolutely recommend!

Where do I begin? As soon as we met Cait, we knew we had to have her for our big day. Nothing was ever too much and she just brought the calm, organised and fun vibes. I honestly can say I loved planning a wedding and Cait is that reason! She understood the vision and absolutely smashed everything. She designed our amazing signage, invites and went to the venue a number of times to make sure everything was set up for us. She provided our plinths for our florals and organised a cool mirror for our bathroom. On the day she was bringing us drinks, food and just having an absolute ball with us. Cait - you’re amazing. Is there anything we need to consider/do differently for a weekday wedding?

Hi there. We're considering a weekday wedding, maybe a Thursday or Sunday. Is there anything ] different or unexpected we'd need to consider about having a non-weekend wedding?

For a weekday wedding, especially the Thursday option you mentioned, it's worth asking vendors if they have a discounted rate for a weekday. Even if they don't advertise this, it's something they might consider offering. You might also consider sending invitations or save the dates a little further in advance as you may be requiring that guests take a day (or two) off work... and may find that some guests aren't able to do so. Lastly, if you're particularly keen for a raging dance floor, you may want to check with your venue if they have an earlier end time mid-week (compared to Friday/Saturday).
