How does the process work?
Kim or one of her highly experienced, capable team members will have an informal chat with couples to discuss their needs in the lead up to and on their wedding day. This may be a discussion about the couple’s plan or their vision for their reception and ceremony, including what suppliers they need to bring this to life. Generally it takes four sessions to learn a routine, don't worry, we will make you look good! We charge per hour and will not drag on into session after session unless you choose to do so.
Your professional M.C. will keep your reception bubbling along in a timely fashion and ensure that your grand entry happens in a big way. Your speeches, cake cutting, special performances or garter removal fun will be hosted in an exciting and delightful way - ensuring extra great comments about how awesome your wedding was!
Our Tiny Fairy Dancers will add whimsy and delight to your special day. They can perform alone or paired with our gorgeous harpist, dancing during the signing or at your reception entry. They are a small group of girls ranging from the ages of 4-10 years old, dressed in gorgeous white gowns and sparkly wings - what a beautiful addition to your wedding story.
Once you have contacted us, we will discuss which services you require, dates and details. We would then hand your booking directly to the supplier or, if you decided you wanted to retain a wedding planner to handle all or just part of your wedding day, then she would liase with suppliers and ensure that everything is delivered and set up exactly to your directions. You can choose how much support you need for your day - one email or call is all that's needed to get underway.

My fiance and I both come from extensive immediate and extended families, we are both Aboriginal descent with my family spreading across the state of VIC and his family spreading across NT, NSW and VIC. As a result of this, we have a huge guest list (trust me, we have been brutal in trying to cut it down.) Wow, you really have a lot on your plate haven't you? And I think you've answered your own question really. Hiring a planner will give you back the time you speak of. Planning a wedding takes around 70-100 hours IF things fall into place, that's a lot of time.. Some couples have the time and strength but a lot find it stressful and beyond difficult. It's generally agreed that a wedding planner is worth her weight in gold. Also a planner can suss out the cheapest prices and deals so overall you could well come out even-ish.
