Specifically, our handmade timer arbours, ceremony backdrops and photo-booth backdrops. NEW to our collection is an array of modern and classic lanterns, candle ware, throws and cushions.

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability. We typically book weddings and events from 1 month up to 18 months in advance, so it's never too early to start planning your special day.
Yes, we are happy to work with clients outside of Perth. We will communicate with you via email and video calls to ensure that every detail is covered and your event or wedding is planned stress-free.

Get Expert AdviceWhat are the most important questions to ask a wedding planner?

It's always good to be upfront with your wedding planner and get an idea of how they work. Some important questions to consider:
1. How often will we meet or catch up? So that you can schedule and understand at what stage you will discuss all the different elements of your wedding.
2. What hours do you work? It might be that your planner can support you during the evenings with queries you may have, or that they predominantly work during office hours. Good to know from the offset, so that you don't have the wrong expectations on wait times for a response to queries.
3. What is not included in the package I have chosen, are there any extras I should consider in my budget? The most common extra is bump out or late night return to the venue, extra staff if the venue has a tight time for vendors to come in and out, or heavy items to move. These are all factors to discuss with your planner at the quoting and finals stages, as your situation may change before event time.
4. Does your planner have all the professional cover they require for your event? Check that your planner is insured with public liability, has an ABN and what other accredited certificates or experience they have.

Looking for ways to include friends who aren't in our bridal party
We're having a decent sized wedding party (5 on each side) but there are still other friends who we'd love to include more than other guests. What are your suggestions?

Including guests in readings or as ushers at the ceremony can be a lovely way to include friends at your wedding. A fun option if you don't have children at the ceremony is to have flower men enter first and scatter petals down the aisle (there are plenty of videos around on YouTube and Instagram of this)!
If you have the option you could think about having more friends hang out in the morning at prep time, but it's worth considering whether that will be a lot to manage with your getting ready schedule.
A flash mob dance can be a good option to include other friends, whether that's separate to your first dance or incorporated for your friends to get involved once you've shaken up the d-floor.

Do people send thank you cards anymore?

It's not as common or formal as it used to be with thank you cards etc. A nice modern approach is having your photographer print postcards of your chosen image in their photography package, usually you'd only be looking at 50 for a 100 guest wedding. These can either be pre printed by the photographer or handwritten for a more personal touch. Some photo packages have prints included, and it's something you can ask your photographer directly about, or have as an extra. Good luck!
