About

Lead stylist and creator of Luxe Creations, Josie Ciccolallo began her career in 2015 styling small to medium sized events. She completed a Diploma in Event Management in 2017 to complement her existing experience in creating, designing and delivering successful events. Her passion and love for styling decor and a keen eye for classic yet luxe event design ensures she is able to transform an ordinary room into a stunning space filled with ambience.

This service is suitable for the client who has a clear vision of their dream wedding and loves the challenge of sourcing all the styling elements but need a professional stylist to set up on the day of their wedding.

This is when we step in!

We collect all the styling decor from the couple, create an event timeline for the day and liaise with your venue and suppliers to make sure all styling decisions are in line with your event design. We set up on the day of your event and pack up at the end of the evening allowing you to move on to the next stage of married life

Do you design custom weddings?

Yes we certaintly do.

At Luxe Creations our aim is to create stunning, one of a kind events. When dealing with our clients, we work towards creating a strong relationship where we listen attentively, guide you when you are unsure of your vision and look after the planning process from the start to the end of this amazing journey.

As we learn what your dream wedding looks like, we begin the process of designing, planning and implementing all that is needed to create a memorable day.

Will you travel outside of Melbourne?

Yes we certainly do.

Depending on the location and difficulty accessing your venue, there may be travel costs involved however, these fees are disscussed and agreed on prior to signing your event contract.

Can ‘highly recommend’ Luxe Creations. I used them for a milestone celebration & everything was done with such attention to detail & the event design & styling was executed beautifully. Josie liaised with all suppliers which included candles, flower centrepiece, balloon garland, cake, tableware & hire of furniture. It was all set up during the day & picked up again the next morning & venue was left spotless. It made the celebration very special indeed & I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. I didn’t have to think about anything (except what to wear) as the whole event was organised & in very capable hands. Special memories were made.
