On The Day Coordinator

Why should you have a day of wedding coordinator? Because it is our job to make sure that the best day of your life runs as smoothly as possible. We will act as your point person, personal assistant, rule enforcer and bouncer (if necessary,lol). We will make sure everything goes well and will handle any hiccups in the process.

Our services included:

• Unlimited email and phone call

• 1 preparation meeting to discuss plans, set up and suppliers booked

• Vendor confirmation two weeks prior to event.

• Runsheet for the day of events.

• Full assistant to the couple and quests arriving.

• Coordination of ceremony and reception set up including table plans, decoration, lighting and music.

$900/6hours, $1200/8hrs, $1500/10hrs

The Full Planning Package is ideal for the couple that wants the full support of professional vendors each and every step of the way with an extensive design plan. We are here to hold your hand and guide you when you don’t know what to ask or what to expect. With this package, there is no wondering “what’s next?” - we will be by your side every step of the way. There will be no wondering if you are choosing the best option, because we will research, inquire and book your vendors, attend fittings, tastings and meetings with vendors, and lead the communication so you don't have to.

Our services included:

• Create a wedding priority checklist.

• Provide and schedule as many meetings and consultations as needed.

• Budget management.

• Research and create a list of vendor recommendations based on your style, priorities, and budget.

• Communicate and coordinate with all vendors from start to finish on your behalf.

• Fasilitate the ceremony rehearsal.

• Runsheet for the day of events.

• Full assistant to the couple and quests arriving.

• Coordination of ceremony and reception set up including table plans, decoration, lighting and music.

• Checklist at 6 months, 3 months, 2 weeks and 1 day before wedding day.

Ariestiya was an amazing coordinator, I was stress-free on the day knowing she would take care of everything! We had a number of calls/face-to-face sessions to run through the schedule and plan. It was a DIY wedding so we had many vendors (caterer, bartenders, band) and she worked well with all of them. She kept on top of the schedule/timing and everything ran without a hitch. She problem solved on the day, making adjustments to the ceremony seating arrangements as necessary (more seats required), and I honestly didn't have to lift a finger. She is warm and welcoming, I could text her with any questions/issues and she'd respond immediately. Thanks Ariestiya - couldn't have done it without you :)

Ariestiya from Sparkling Lane Events made our Wedding Day run so smoothly. From the moment we met Ariestiya, we trusted that she understood our vision. The communication in the lead up to the Wedding was great, and she attended the Wedding rehearsal at the venue so we could run over all the finer details. She helped the venue set up the reception and she was still there when the Wedding ended to help pack up.
