OVERVIEW
As your organised BFF, it will be my job to keep your stress down while keeping the hype up. I am there from "Go" to "Whoa!" as I attend meetings, coordinate your vendors, handle the paperwork, track your budget and so much more. Without a wedding planner, it's easy for things to fall through the cracks and special moments to be missed as unexpected costs arise and countless hours are lost chasing vendors, but let me take the pressure off by handling the nitty-gritty of wedding planning.
What does that look like?
1. Initial chat - We have a coffee, phone call or Zoom meeting to get to know one another and go over your vision for your wedding day.
2. Paperwork - When you decide to move ahead with a booking, we do all the paperwork and get ready to go!
3. Mood board, budget and style preferences – based on our initial chat, I’ll create a mood board to ensure I have your vision down pat, confirm your budget point priorities and help you narrow down your final preferences on arbour design, floral arrangements etc.
4. Vendors – based on your style preferences, I begin the enquiry process and will send through 2-4 vendor options with their packages, prices and experience to consider. Choose Option 1, 2 or 3 and we book them in! (if you would like to see more options, we can do that too)
5. Personal touches – every couple has their own unique flavour and this is part of how we bring it out. It can be cultural dances, personal décor pieces, songs or speeches; we don’t want to miss those moments so we have a think and add them into the day.
6. Nitty-gritty – this is where I develop a run sheet and timeline, confer with your venue on all the logistics. For this, I’ll need some details from you, but it’s easy and fun as your vision really starts to come to life.
7. Rehearsal – tomorrow is the BIG DAY! We bring all the key players of your ceremony together and run through how it will look and what everyone is doing.
8. Wedding day – I am available on the phone from the moment you wake up and will be at the ceremony no later than one hour before it’s set to begin to ensure everything is good to go. I am your go-to girl with all the information, ready to assist you in any way I can while also keeping us on time and in the moment. This is the best day of your life and I will do everything in my power to make sure it stays that way.
9. Farewell – After the big day is over, I send you a final farewell and thanks for allowing me to be a part of your special day and hopefully we’ll see each other at your friend’s weddings in the future ??

FAQ
How long is a piece of string? If we crunch the numbers, the average time it takes to plan a wedding is about 200-250 hours. That's 6 weeks of full-time work! Throw in inexperience, dozens of little details and an empty venue and you're looking at closer to 400 hours of planning. To the untrained hand, planning a wedding can feel like climbing a mountain with no equipment - long and arduous - and so many couples delay their wedding day because of it.
Warrior Rose Events has the knowledge, the experience and the skills to make your moment unforgettable - for all the right reasons! And we'll do it in half the prescribed time ;)
Wedding styling is an art form in itself and while I am creative and have an eye for detail, perfectly draping your table runners or laying flowers just so is not my strong suit. I prefer to leave all that to the professionals instead and have carefully curated a list of stylists, designers and florists to make sure your wedding is as stunning and true to your vision as possible.
Absolutely. If you love your partner and they love you then getting married is the next step, so let's do it!
There are factors in any event that are uncontrollable, and unfortunately, we can't control and prevent all of them. We can't stop a phone from ringing during the vows, keep the wind from blowing too hard, or manage your relative's alcohol intake. What we can do is guarantee that all potential issues or problems have been considered and accounted for. We will have a wet-weather plan, safety pins for ill-fitting dresses, and a spare chair for unexpected guests ready to go.
Above all, any issue or situation that arises will be dealt with quickly, professionally and often without being noticed by the Bride and Groom.
Talking budgets and money can be uncomfortable at the best of times, and in the stresses of wedding-world, it can be even harder, but one thing Warrior Rose Events does well is stick to a budget. We'll never offer you a choice that is completely out of budget, and we'll always do our best to find the perfect option while keeping things in the black.
Most couples plan for their ideal budget, however, it isn't uncommon for the expectation to be a little unrealistic for their dream wedding and need revising. We'll come alongside you, go through your budget allocations and expectations, and make sure things are tracking accordingly and sticking to the budget.
*Please note, we are not accountants or experts in finance; we simply understand the processes of wedding budgeting.

Get Expert AdviceAdvice for getting married at an AirBnB
We’re hoping to get married at an Air BnB - and make a wedding weekend out of it. Are there any logistical things that we need to think about that would be different from getting married at a traditional wedding venue? Things we need to consider?
Warrior Rose Events
Hello! I planned a wedding at an AirBnB in October 2020 and it was lovely. A few things worthy of note are:
Overall, it's a great option for a venue, just make sure to work out all the kinks first :)
Good luck, you've got this!
Is it necessary or traditional to buy your wedding suppliers thank you gifts?
I wasn't sure whether this is a tradition of some kind? If so, what kind of gift would be appropriate and how much?
Warrior Rose Events
It's not a tradition, at least not one I've heard of or considered.
A small card or note to say thanks would be a lovely gesture but certainly not expected and would honestly be felt as going above and beyond.
Overall, not a tradition and not necessary but appreciation is always valued by any supplier/vendor :)
What do wedding guests REALLY want?
For our wedding, we want our guests to have the best time, we figure if they're having a great time, so will we. We've got our ideas, having been to weddings ourselves, of what makes the overall experience an awesome one... but would love to hear all perspectives, please!
Warrior Rose Events
Guests usually have two major goals at a wedding.
1) to see two beautiful people get married and start the journey of living their lives together
2) to have fun!
Having fun is always going to come down to the individual, from personal preference of menu or drink items to if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. Some guests are just downers and will find something to not love about the day regardless or what you have on offer. But ultimately, it's like any party - all you need is good food, good drinks and good music.
If you want specifics, I think having something a little bit extra or fun can be a win. Think photo-booth, doughnut wall or gelato cart! Depending on your vibe, you could even hire a giant jumping castle for adults.
The atmosphere of the venue and music will always contribute to the success of the day, so make sure to pick options of these that you love and will bring the right vibe.
Good luck!
