Wedding planning, coordination and management covering everything from RSVPs and guest lists to grand entrances and fireworks at the end of the night.

Initial 1-hour in-person consultation to go over your wedding vision so we can
work together to bring it to life.
Up to three 90-minute catchups (in-person, over the phone or Zoom).
Creation of a personalised mood board including various options which we
will incorporate into your wedding day.
Creation of a personalised wedding run sheet and budget to be shared with
you and access to other planning documents.
Up to two site visits with you to your venue location (within 50km)
We will reach out to all suppliers and vendors and present three quotes for
you to decide on.
We will be the key contact for all suppliers and vendors in the lead-up to and
on your wedding day.
Access to unlimited emails, phone calls and meetings throughout the
wedding planning process.
Complete oversight of your wedding day, including receiving deliveries,
managing suppliers/vendors, managing running order and timings and any
other details that require attention

On-the-day wedding coordination package

Access to shared planning documents, including your run sheet, budget tracker
and supplier contact list.
Intensive support starting 8 weeks from your wedding date.
Creation of your run sheet, including the distribution to your chosen vendors
(printed copies will also be supplied).
Communication with your chosen vendors on the day and in the lead-up to your
wedding where required.
Presence at your wedding rehearsal, if required.
Complete oversight of your wedding day, including receiving deliveries,
managing suppliers/vendors, managing running order and timings and any other
details that require attention.
8 – 10 hours of on-site wedding coordination coverage.
