She has now decided to branch out on her own with a talented team of likeminded professionals. If my wedding venue already has an event manager, why do I need you?

A wedding planner is someone you hire and is your advocate and represents your best interests. Your wedding planner at the venue represents the venue (and the venue’s best interests) and not you. They also have minimum involvement with planning the event other than food and beverage components and offer limited vendor involvement focussing rather on a generic offering. Outside the scope of this, especially where a unique event is concerned other factors need to come into play including photographers, celebrant, lighting, MC/band, hire, styling etc. This is where we assist - tying all of this together.

Can we tailor a package essentially to our needs?

Epic Events offer a bespoke service that caters to an individual couples needs. We are also flexible in that we offer as little or as much assistance as you require for your Big Day. Our packages start with wedding planning up to 6 months prior through to On-the-day coordination.

Julia was outstanding. A few weeks out from the wedding I decided that I didn't need to stress of trying to organise things on the day of our wedding, I contacted Julia and from the moment we first spoke I knew everything would be taken care of. Julia was outstanding, so easy to take too, asked the questions that I would never have dreamed of, because I have never planned a wedding before. Julia made sure everything went to plan on the day and was amazing. I can't recommend Julia enough to anyone looking at getting a coordinator for their wedding.
