I love shooting weddings. Over the course of two decades I've shot countless weddings. The thrill of getting great shots in beautiful light with real emotion never fades. Being a part of such monumental days and being asked to document it for my clients is such a buzz and privilege. I love the reactions from clients when they see their photos. Shooting weddings is the best job ever.

Grant shot my wedding recently and i couldn't be happier. He was so relaxed and professional and made us feel so comfortable.. my husband hates having photos taken and he wasnt even aware when half of them were taken! My photos are amazing and everyone who sees them loves them and says they are the best photos they have ever seen.

I had known I'd wanted Grant to shoot my wedding long before we were engaged. Grant had already shot my sister's wedding so the first person I called after getting engaged was Grant to check his availability. Grant flew from Sydney to Gold Coast to shoot our wedding in Byron Bay. He was amazing on the day and I couldn't have felt more relaxed and the photos speak for themselves. I couldn't be happier to recommend Grant to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Don't look anywhere else.

Grant was amazing to work with. He made us feel so relaxed. We were able to really enjoy the day! His experience is obvious. How much notice do you need for overtime requests?

You can just tell me on the night if you want to extend your photography package hours. Some people decide during the reception that they'd like a longer coverage. I'm always happy to stay longer on the night if couples decide last minute they'd like more time.

What questions should you ask when searching for the right photographer?

Also legal to make sure you are covered, documents to watch for or enquire regarding booking what should the photographer give you to seal the deal.

Just love the style they shoot. That's the most important thing. And make sure theyre the sort of person you'd want to hang out with for a good part of your wedding day.

My advice is to stay clear of trends. Trends date. Just choose someone who's style you like. The most important thing is that you love the photos. To choose a photographer whos style is classic, natural and has a good flow will ensure that you'll love showing your wedding photos off for decades. It's important to research a photographer and choose them because you love their style.
