Yes, but it isn't our core business. We have a bit of a waiting list but can definitely help! Our model in this regard is a bit different to most other photographers. Rather than putting a massive markup on the products we can access through our industry accounts, we agree on a design service which is an upfront flat fee for several day's work. Then, in a proofing meeting with you, we can let you choose details like paper thickness, and cover type without any pressure as you just pay cost-price for what you really like... no upsell!

Do we offer engagement / pre-wedding sessions? Absolutely! We love to have sessions with our clients before the big day and will offer a discounted rate if you book one at the same time as you book your wedding photography.

Yes, it takes us more time as we hand process and retouch images individually, but we know you want all the good images from your day! Unlike some studios we don't cap your delivery at a certain number of images or charge more if you have stacks and stacks of gorgeous photos. We can't help ourselves. Photography is our passion and we want you to be delighted by as many gorgeous images as we can give you! Don't worry, we filter out the double-ups, the ones that didn't work, the ones where people are making horrible faces and any we accidentally take of our feet haha. But you will recieve the full set of gorgeous images that you want... and we don't hold back! :) 

The first step is to get in touch (phone/sms/email/Facebook... whatever works best for you) to make sure that we still have availibility on your wedding date. Fingers crossed! Then, 90% of the time we (Michelle & Ben) will schedule a face-to-face cafe meeting with you. This is usually at Carlucci's in Templestowe, but we can travel. A meeting allows us to show you a bit more of our folio and have a chat about your plans and aims for the big day, which is always good fun (and we will shout you your beverage of choice, too!). If this is difficult for you to organise for any reason we can arrange a phone meeting or even just discuss details in writing. Assuming all goes well, we will send you a quote via email which turns into an invoice when you hit 'accept'. From there, a 25% deposit locks your place in our calendar with the remaining 25% due a week before your wedding day. We share some images with you as soon as we can and deliver your *full set* of photos via a beautiful online gallery as well as a copy on physical media in the post. We can help with albums and high-quality great-value printing if you wish, but you are welcome to print and share photos however you like with any provider you like. End result: you are delighted!
