HI there! Carolyn and Alex here! Hawthorne Creative has a team of 12 photographers & videographers who are all passionate about their craft and delivering a standard of excellence in all they do. Our team regularly meet up for team training days and work together to improve each others skills both technically and on a client interaction model. Our turnaround time for photos during busy season is no more than 12 weeks, if it is going to be longer we let you know. For video it is 4 - 6 months however we do have an express option for both which has your photos back in two weeks and your videos back in 4 weeks
Our photos are supplied via an online gallery called Pixieset from which you can download both the highres and low res images.
Our videos are supplied via our vimeo account from which they can be downloaded.
For photos we are unable to supply any raw images however for video we are able to put together a documentary edit of all the footage shot on the day with a basic colour grade and audio adjustment. This is $799 to access.
Generally our team shoot 60 to 80 photos per hour. This however could be more or less depending on how busy the wedding is and what is happening during the wedding.
We always give our clients a sneak peek of their photos .Whilst we do aim to have them to you 24 hours after the wedding there may be times where this is longer.
