FAQ

There is an online option where Jess + Matt send you a link for you to download all your photos.

You can also have the option of purchasing a USB with your initials and wedding date on it but this costs extra + postage.

Digital delivery of ALL edited photos will be completed within 3-4 weeks after the wedding. Depending on our schedule, a preview of 5-10 photos MAY be delivered within the first week after the wedding date.

Depending on the package that you select the amount and timeframe will differ.

If ordering a USB you will still receive the preview photos depending on your package and we will send all of them within the two-three week period + the time it takes for the parcel to reach you.

Matt and Jess were amazing to work with, they made us smile without trying and the video we got back is one to keep full of amazing memories of our special day! We can’t thank them enough!

Did a last minute elopement and were lucky enough to find these guys within budget and amazing work. We were worried because Queenstown is known for being an expensive wedding location but Jess had created a little niche of her own. She even fixed my hair multiple times and told Lance off for goofing off.

Great service with great value for money pricing. Sammy had booked Jess for her wedding a couple of weeks before so were keen to see how her photos turned out. Lucky we booked her though because both sets of photos came out perfect! So lucky.

Though it was a rain day we did still manage to get some quality images and it was amazing that you brought some smoke bombs to use. Quite a unique experience with a lovely couple!

How do I stop guests from posting photos on social media before I do?

Pentaprism Photography

A lot of brides that l know have either made signs saying "no photos" or before the ceremony they've asked the MC or celebrant to tell their guests just before the ceremony starts.

I have also heard of other brides asking their photographer to tell people if they see them taking photos but l can't comment on how that's worked for other photographers; l know that if the day is too busy (which it usually is) my focus is on the bride and groom

Should we have a "first look"?

Pentaprism Photography

First looks make for really great photos but if the photographer knows what they're doing they'll position and ready themselves so that they can catch a few photos of the groom during the ceremony when the bride walks in. This is also a "first photo" that doesn't require additional time and keeps the surprise and loving looks for the guests to see as well.

Tips from our specialists

  • Ask how long it will take to receive your images
