You want to book (woo hoo) and it’s going to be awesome. All you have to do is pick your package and let me know. I’ll just need a signed contract and a 30% retainer fee to make it official.

How many photos can we expect?

I typically deliver around 70-100 images per hour for weddings. I eliminate the ones that don't make the cut because of not-so-flattering expressions and/or if they just don't meet my standards. Then I edit and deliver all the good photos to you!

Do you also offer engagement sessions?

Yup! I do in fact. And I LOVE engagement sessions. Why? because I think it is an awesome way to have some beautiful photos of you both to use for well...anything! Especially save-the-dates. It's also the perfect opportunity to get super comfortable with your photographer (me) before you're photographed again on your wedding day!

Should we have a first look?

Great question. To help out all of my couples, I have created a blog post covering all the pros and cons on having a first look. After they read the post, we then discuss what the best option is for them depending on the time of the year, personal preferences, and timeline logistics. Am I able to meet my photographer before the big day?

YES! In fact, I highly encourage it. Want to meet up for a chat over a coffee? Drinks at the local brewery? Count me in!

Or if we're logistically a bit too far away, we can always Facetime to "virtually" meet as well. (the internet is a beautiful thing)

Meeting your photographer is a great way of breaking the ice, and formally getting to know each other before your wedding day.

Are you available for my wedding?

The best way to find out is to contact myself either through Easy Weddings, or our contact page on our website. Fingers crossed that I am!

Are you available to travel?

Indeed I am! There's nothing I love more than photographing couples around the globe.

We're not models -- will our photos turn out awesome?

Without a doubt, YES!

You would be shocked at how many couples tell me that they're nervous in front of the camera.

I'm not a super huge fan of trying to awkwardly pose people and instead try to capture the love and connection between each couple (in which case, if you're getting married you've got some of that going for you!).

I'll give you guys lots of guidance and prompting so you don't feel awkward (don't worry), but it won't feel awkward.

My fun, documentary-style approach in photography will lead to capturing more beautiful interactions with each other, and less prom/formal poses. This is my recipe for awesome photos!

How many hours of wedding coverage do we need?

My wedding packages are divided into three time frames. The shortest (6 hours) is great for weddings with shorter reception or those who don't feel the need for full coverage of the getting ready process all the way through to the end of the reception.

The middle (8 hours) is a sweet spot for a lot of weddings -- time for all the standard things (getting ready through reception).

The longest (10 hours) is really great for weddings with different locations, a longer reception, or a more relaxed timeline so that you don't feel rushed on your wedding day.

Cherrod and Matt of Match Made Photography did such an incredible job. They did both our engagement shoot and our wedding day (and we will definitely be booking them as our family photographer for all future life events!) They are both so friendly and hardworking. Cherrod is a bubbly bunch of energy and can make anyone feel great. We are not comfortable in front of the camera but they made us feel so relaxed and natural, and it really shows in the photos. As someone with body image issues, I rarely like a photo that I'm in, but I just adore the photos they took for us. They turned out so beautifully. Cherrod photographed my wedding in 2018. I was feeling brave and decided I didn’t need a wedding coordinator, bad idea! Luckily for me, Cherrod is so experienced in weddings that she not only took the most amazing and BEAUTIFUL pictures ever, but she was also able to guide me through the entire day and night to keep me on track and hitting every important highlight.
