Hi, I'm Nathan. I am a published wedding photographer and filmmaker from Brisbane/Maganjin. I travel across South East Queensland and beyond. Here, you'll find the culmination of my labour of love with stills and moving pictures. Entrusting Mores with the responsibility of capturing your special day means you share my connection to authentic, creative story-telling. There are plenty of absolutely wonderful wedding photographers out there (I work with a heap of them!) however I pride myself on providing an authentic, fun experience and a wedding gallery you will cherish for the rest of your lives.
I always lean into a candid, documentary style, however I also try my hardest to be a calm and trustworthy source of organisation, just when you need it - at that inevitable point when you have to stand for bridal party/couple/family photos, you are also looking for someone who can connect with and relax people for that process - and ensure there are no corny/forced/unnatural poses!
I will take the lead in communicating, planning and collaborating with all of your vendors, to ensure everyone gets all of the dream shots, all of the times. I have plenty of wedding crew I know and trust - and also love making friends with those I haven't yet worked with!
Thanks for asking! I have a collection of flagship Canon cameras and lenses. Whilst I try to stick away from G.A.S. (gear acquisition syndrome), I also love that I have built a collection of flagship gear that I adore, and that perfectly matches the rhythm of how I work. I am tragically head over heels for my four vintage 35mm film cameras as well...
I always prefer to deliver quality over quantity - those images that take your breath away. Although, the final image count generally depends on your package, location and events within your schedule. You can expect somewhere between 400-700 images for a full day.
I know your wedding photography will give you a lifetime of enjoyment and memories. I have three foundational packages that are easily tailored to exactly what it is you both need for your day.
Your investment is in my experience, gear, creative vision, data backup and experience of trusting me before, during and after your wedding. Use the contact form to let me know your date, location and approximate requirements - and I will send you a personalised proposal with all of the information you both need to make the big decision.
All of my couples receive a 48 hour gallery preview (and an accompanying reel that has a compelling habit of creating happy tears!) before receiving their own tailored online gallery - with all high resolution images ready for sharing, downloading and printing as you desire.
With Mores, you always get Nathan (me) as your lead photographer.
If you decide to have a second photographer, I only choose experienced, handpicked photographers with the gear, skills and experience I need them to have to ensure the highest standard for your images.

Candid, authentic and fleeting moments of connection are ALWAYS top of everyone's list - that gorgeous documentary style is something you will get with many photographers.
In my experience, the REAL thing to keep an eye out for is a photographer who knows when to float back and get those shots, and build connections with people so they can float in when a bit of direction is needed. There is generally always a time of your day when there are some more 'structured' photos - whether it's the family shots your parents, aunties and nannas crave OR during your couple shots.
The TRICK is to pick someone who 'makes the camera disappear' during these moments - who knows what prompts, what activities and what YOU both need to forget the shutter button and be your genuine selves - it's THESE shots that makes everyone smile when they see their gallery - a collection of moments that are truly you.
