Do you give refunds if the wedding date is changed or the wedding cancelled?

A 25% refund of the 50% deposit is provided if the wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding. A 35% refund of the 50% deposit is provided if the wedding is cancelled within 3 months of the wedding. A full 50% deposit is provided if the wedding is cancelled 6 months before the wedding. If there are proven exraordinary circumstances (death, serious illness, serious accident, act of god, at any time then a full refund is provided without question.

Can I pay off the balance of the wedding package monthly in advance of the wedding

FAQ

How many digital images are provided?

There is no cap on the number of images provided. Every photo that is taken is carefully scrutinised by me personally (as the photographer) and edited by me (not by others). If the image is crystal clear and captures a moment (wether staged or candid) it is automatically edited and included in your delivered package. so you could end up with 50 images or 150 images depending on the length of the wedding shoot you engage me for.

Do you provide a wedding album with prints?

I ask the clients to provide the wedding album and I populate it with 20-30 images for free as part of your wedding package (short or long shoot).

How long does it take to provide the edited images?

I only commit to 2 weddings a month and have a smooth, tight but enjoyable workflow. This ensures you get the highest quality editing possible in lightroom and photoshop. All of my captures are edited by me personally. I do not outsource.

The day after your wedding I go to work editing. I take enormous pride in my passion and time is not something I skimp on when it comes to editing.

In answer to the question I will have all of your digital images back to you within 2 weeks. This includes any wedding album populated with what I feel are the most magical of shots.

We will discuss at length the type of shots you want from your special day to ensure I deliver your vision.

Do you travel interstate to shoot weddings?

I travel around australia and the world to shoot weddings if the client has chosen me.

Travel expenses are agreed during dicussions and must be paid in advance (or bookings made on my behalf).

There is no markup on top of travel expenses.

What deposit do I pay?

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date of your wedding.
