OVERVIEW

My approach to photography is to capture connections and real moments in a candid and natural style. I see with an honest eye and shoot purely from the heart.

My work is an expression of the wonderful moments I see. I am committed to photographing your wedding day in a journalistic style, like a fly on the wall, but I’m so much more fun than a fly!

It truly is a privilege to photograph a wedding day and after 10 years I still love what I do, I feel all the warmth and happiness it brings – and still have that crazy exciting buzz when I capture the moments.

What we loved about Tamika was how easy going she was but yet so professional. It's hard to know what to look for in a photographer, except that you want good photos. Tamika's website is great and full of the photo styles that we liked. But it was Tamika's warm, laid back and professional approach to our day that really made the difference. The meetings we had with her were easy and informative and on the day she was not flustered by the fact that there were changes to photo lists or venues. Tamika was fun and our bridal party adored her.
