OVERVIEW

At Bauldrick Productions Photography we strive to help our couples out as much as possible, we love to get very creative with our photography so that our couples have something unique to remember their special day.

Our core belief when it comes to weddings is to still provide the contemporary aspects of wedding photography (Wedding Albums and Large Wall Prints). But to also try and include modern technologies into the service we provide (Web previews and digital downloads).

About

Photography and Video are my 2 main passions in life, when I was youngster I was always the family photographer for birthdays, christenings and weddings-- Even when a photographer was booked I still would rock up with my camera and shoot. I started Bauldrick Productions Photography in 2011 mainly in Family Portraiture, I felt I was too small to think about doing weddings, then in 2015 a close friend needed a photographer and I thought "Why Not!!".

How can I view my wedding photos?

As part of Bauldrick Productions Photographys booking process we will create your own private web gallery, that only you can access.
This is not just a Facebook album but a dedicated photo storage location dedicated to holding your wedding photos for you.
When it comes to choosing your album photos or deciding on Wall Prints you have the ability to use the dedicated e-commerce section built in to streamline your orders.
As stated before these image galleries are password protected and can be kept hidden from other web users to the web site.

Can I just get the unedited photos and do it myself?

During a wedding I can usually rack up over 1,500 photos and it's part of my service to you that I cull and edit these photos to the best of my abilites so that you can be proud to have them either in a beautiful wedding album or Wall Mount Print.
I pride myself on also using the best photographic printers available so rest assured that your wedding prints and wedding albums will survive the test of time.

if my dream photographer lives in another state, is it worth paying them to come to my wedding?

Yes !! . I used double exclamation marks to show how important the answer is. In a very competitive industry it would be foolish of a photographer to turn down work that even though it is in another state it just means they might not have the local knowledge of the best locations for those formal photos.
When booking your photographer discuss what fees they have for travel, many have distance from CBD terms and conditions. Finally dsicuss how your wedding photography products will be delivered. Many of the Pro Printing Labs in Australia enable direct shipping to customer without the photographer having to double handle any products.

Is it worth it having a photographer or should I just rely on friends to take the photos?

Hi,
This is a very common question that many couples have to grapple with when organizing their wedding day.
Here are my reasons to use a dedicated wedding photographer instead of friends at the wedding using their phones or using cameras with on camera flash.

A wedding photographer will scout all locations (either with you or by themselves) prior to wedding day making sure they understand the scene prior to shooting.
A photographer will have many backups of equipment, 2-3 flash units, 1-2 extra cameras that if one fails they can use them quickly.
Wedding photographers don't shoot JPEG. Most phones only save to jpeg and that can cause issues latter on when wanting photos put into albums.
Having off camera flash changes the mood and look of a photo, the built-in flash on phones are too harsh for nice fill light for formal photos.
And finally, when you get to the reception they will not be taking photos while drunk, as a professional it's either water or soft drink that should be consumed. Just like you they have had a long day and are on the final part of the day as professionals they must stay sober.

We all understand that most couples have a budget in mind, many of us have also got married and know the stress involved in choosing photographers, just remember to ask a lot of questions regarding coverage and added options to wedding packages.
I know many photographers don't mind customizing packages to suit every couples wedding photography needs all you need to do is ask.

I am looking at prices for photographers in Adelaide

I got quoted 10k, looking at 7k. How much are photographers in Adelaide? Is 10k normal? I would prefer to spend between 5-7k. Thank you!

We provide full day coverage options with high quality wedding albums, thankyou cards and Wall Mount Ready Prints all made in Australia and from South Australian businesses.
