I offer two DJ packages which are based on a combination of venue size, guesr numbers and gear requirements.

Both include all the best professional DJ equipment, set up, pack time, travel time within Sydney and are GST inclusive. 

Optional extras and upgrades additional equipment are available.

One of my strengths lies in my ability to couple the requirements of a professional and dedicated Wedding DJ, with the strong musical fundamentals of a club DJ.

There are a lot of responsibilities and formalities for a DJ at the modern wedding. 

The entrances for the Groosman & Bridal Party, the Parents and the Newly Weds. The Cutting of the Cake, the First Dance, the Father-Daughter Dance, the Bouquet and the Exiting Song. 

My experience has taught me that no matter how important these formalities are, they are only half the fun. The night really begins when all your guests, family and friends are enjoying their night on the dancefloor. It's this moment when it's imperative to have a DJ who can mix any genre, take on any request, cater to all ages and most importantly read the room. A skill that I've perfected from my years as an experienced and sought after club DJ.

Music has that unique and special ability to transport us back in time. It allows us to relive those first dates, cherished holidays and beautiful memories together. For this reason, music is one of the most important parts of a wedding day. 

I begin to curate your Wedding playlists, by asking for 5 songs that you feel are absolutely special and unique to you. These may be from when you first started dating or a song that epitomises your favorite memories together. On top of that, I'll ask for 20 - 30 songs that you’d love to hear throughout the reception. These suggestions will help me distinguish your love for genre, artists and mood.
Your curated playlist will be topped off by any special songs you share with your family and friends. Perhaps your mothers favorite song growing up or a band your sibling showed you. 

I'll create a personal spotify playlist with you, where you can add these songs in as you please!

I am able to mix any genre and welcome all requests. 

The James Jensen Events - Soundcloud has a number of genre based mixes with some of my favorite tracks that always get the party started.

Once we're all locked in, I love the opportunity to meet with every couple I work with.

My personalised service includes a relaxed consultation with you before your wedding, where I’ll begin to customise and structure your requests.  This is usually done via Zoom or Facetime to work with your busy lifestyles. If we are local to eachother, Id love to sit down over a relaxed coffee or beer.

This meeting also acts as a wonderful way for us to get to know each other. It’s important that you feel comfortable having me at your wedding, that you know who I am and trust that I am organised and will deliver on my promises.
