Ben Fox Band -Solo / Duo Acoustic & DJ

The perfect package for your entire wedding day when on a budget. Have me perform live acoustic music during your ceremony, throughout canapés and dinner service, then switch to DJ after your first dance.

On a standard full day wedding I will arrive at your reception venue 2 hours prior to your ceremony start time and set up the PA, lighting system and DJ or band equipment depending on what you choose to book. I would then head to your ceremony location and perform light background music as your guests arrive, then once your ceremony commences, you have the option to choose songs for me to perform live for your:

• Ceremony entrance - Can be multiple songs if you would like a separate song for your wedding party to walk into.
• Signing of the register - Usually I suggest you choose two songs for this as it can take up to 5 minutes.
• Ceremony recessional - Something upbeat as you are announced and walk back down the aisle.

Once your ceremony has concluded, I will then head to your canapés location and perform live while your guests mingle.

At your reception I will work around your run sheet and play as much live music where there are no formalities planned, then after your first dance, I will switch to party music and perform until your reception concludes. 

Some specific song choices I will learn for your reception are:

• Wedding party entrance songs - Choose multiple songs here if you would like (Can be performed live of via DJ)
• First dance song - Can be performed live or via DJ.
• A special song to dance with your parents.
• Bouquet toss
• Garter toss
• Farewell song - To end the night on a high

You have the choice of adding a female vocalist, keyboardist, bass player or percussionist. The addition of extra musicians expands the range of artists and music styles I can cover during live performace.

All lighting and PA equipment will be supplied and set up before your event commences, including battery equipment for remote ceremonies and canapes. We also have an optional wireless mic you can use during your reception if needed.
