We offer a completely customisable service so whether you want your reception to be the simplest or most elaborate, traditional or modern, we work hard to gain an understanding of what you want, so we can help you build the mood with music. It is your event and your choices, you can select your own songs or rely on us to pick the music and function style that best suits your guests. We will help you craft the music in to a fantastic atmosphere.
Our professional entertainers (DJs) are trained to provide the highest level of service, customising the music and atmosphere to produce the magical event you have dreamed about.
All clients are offered the opportunity to meet face to face with Vinn, the head entertainer (DJ) and owner of Ardanien Entertainment, to discuss all the important details for your function, including key moment songs, the order of the reception, and the specific music you would like included in the night, to add that personal touch, making it your night.
Our entertainers are trained to take your music selections and construct a fun, interactive night that will have your guests yelling for more, and you ending your special evening on a massive high.

OPTIONS AND INCLUSIONS
Professional MC Services: Having someone who is confident, warm, lively, and able to control your event, is crucial to the success of the night. We are able to provide entertainers who are trained in the art of MCing. They are able to take direction from you the client and produce a fun, appropriate function for you and your guests.
If you choose to have a family member or friend as MC we will work with them during the night to help ensure things run smoothly.
Bubble Machine: This is a fantastic effect that can really add that "aah" moment to the evening. Imagine you have just started your bridal waltz, are staring into your new spouse's eyes, and around you elegant bubbles gently cascade. The bubble machine is also fantastic if you have children as guests. Is there anything more joyous than seeing a child's face light up as they play with bubbles?
Cordless Microphones: We include cordless microphones for all functions. This enables us to maintain an appropriate volume for speeches throughout the evening, and ensure the "wrong people" are not able to get on the microphone and make inappropriate comments.
Lights: lighting appropriate to the venue and your style of function is provided.

Yes! You can choose as much or as little of the music as you want.
Whether you want to choose some must-have songs (in additon to key moment songs) and let us choose the remainder to suit the function style, yourselves and their guests (as most people do). Or choose all the songs and have us create a playlist from only your selections. Or if you prefer, to be completely guided by us.
We chat with you to find out what you like and what you don't like, and the choice is yours.
We are happy to take guest requests if you are happy to allow this.
We always ask for a do-not-play list, what you don't want to hear is also important.
Absolutely!
When we meet with you we ask you for a list of songs you do not want played.
We also ask questions about specific songs that you may not have thought of, ones people tend to love, or love to hate, or that your guests may think are funny to request.
No. We believe in providing the best service possible at the best price possible and therefore don't charge for our extra equipment and services.
We like for you to have choice based on what you want for your function rather than price.
Yes. We are happy to provide an MC service at no additonal charge, as part of our wedding package.
If you are wanting our MC service as a separate service we are happy to discuss this with you.
For formal functions we wear a suit, shirt and tie.

Hi Oliver, Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding!
There are several ways to have a band and DJ both provide entertainment for you. We recommend discussing with both band and DJ well in advance, so they are clear about your expectations and can plan their playlists carefully to compliment not clash (or if they are a band that does covers, not repeat songs). It is really up to you how you want them to share the night - largely this comes down to style of the band (whether they suit earlier or later in the reception), how many sets you want them to do (with DJ filling breaks), and if the band can play your key moment songs or if these are better left to the DJ.
We always offer an obligation free meeting with prospective clients so you can ask any questions you have, and make sure we fit your personality, and also expectations.
