Aden and Simon Music’s wedding packages include the following:
How long will the band play at our wedding?
Depending on the package you choose, the band will play a minimum of three hours of music, generally broken down into 45-minute live music sets. As each wedding is unique, they will consult with you about the best times to play during your day.
Do you cater to song requests?
Of course! If you have the time, you can select every song for your wedding playlist and let the band know in advance. However, most couples just choose a few songs to give the band an indication of their music style.

Absolutely – all transport costs are included. There are no hidden charges.
Yes, we travel anywhere within 100kms of Adelaide CBD, and in some circumstances will travel further. For example we have played at a wedding in Tasmania.
Sure do! We work out with you what equipment (including Public Address) will be required during our preliminary discussions. Any costs associated with providing that equipment will be included in our quote! All PA equipment is top quality so you can be assured the sound will be superb!
If stage lighting is required we will also include this within our price!
We sit down with you to work out what kind of songs you like. Our repertoire is extensive and covers many genres. Typically we play songs from 1950’s to the current charts – all performed with an up-market twist. You can be sure that your guests, regardless of age, will love the songs we perform.
Yes – we love to do this! Our wedding bookings all include learning one song. This could be played at any special moment – eg the bridal dance, walking down the aisle, in lieu of a speech. Soundtracks can also be used for these purposes.
We have a number of playlists that we select songs from. We will always have music playing to keep the atmosphere going!

Absolutely - we can either back them up live (rehearsal required), or play a backing track while they perform! Details shiuld be discussed when we are preparing the quotation.
Yes- we can stream dance music, or specific tracks. We can play live for the period agreed, and then stream dance music into the night! We have massive fun with this, and so do the guests!!
This is worked out with you prior to quoting. You may, for example, want us to play some songs when guests arrive for the ceremony, when the bride walks down the aisle, and again while they enjoy canapes afterwards. Similarly music for the reception will be planned to ensure that it is tailored to suit your running sheet. On the day we will continue to liaise closely with your MC, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Hi, it sounds like you might have something specific in mind, but I will do my best to provide an answer for you.
A sax player can add incredible tone to any band, and we can certainly provide an excellent sax player for your wedding. Many songs can be given extra soul and excitement through the use of a sax, but the duration that they play within a song, will depend on the nature of the song chosen. Often sax players take solos within the song, or add extra harmony to various sections.
The length of time you have a sax player at a wedding ultimately depends on how many songs the band has arranged for them to play in. Our sax player is used for probably 50% of our band songs. The songs they play can be spread throughout the night. Sax can inject incredible energy into a dance song, so they may be involved towards the dance section of the night in particular. Having said this there are some incredible sax parts in quieter songs such as Baker Street by Gerry Raffety, or Careless Whisper by George Michael. Great sax players can also perform by themselves, but this is not particularly common.
Perhaps if you could please describe how you envisage the sax player being used at the wedding, we can provide more specific advice. If it is for a specific song(s) that you want played we can certainly provide better advice.
Kind regards
Simon
