There is a minimum order of 50. We aim to try and make our services available to everyone, so if you have a quantity below 50, please get in touch via our contact form.

Wedding invitations are generally sent six to twelve weeks prior to an event, and you will need to consider time for printing and design. Ideally we would love to hear from you 5 months prior to the event.

Yes, we work with international clients and provide international shipping. Please get in touch via our contact form below with your location to get a price for international shipping.

We provide physical samples for digital printed invitations, this can be arranged at a cost of $15. For letterpress and foil printed invitations, we can only provide an emailed PDF proof.

Yes, we offer envelope printing. Be sure to select 'Yes' under the 'Printed Guest Name/Address' drop down menu on any of our invitation pages. Once we receive your order, we will email you an excel spreadsheet to fill out.

We recommend ordering 10-20 spare invitations to account for any guests you may have missed or may be inviting to fill in for some declined invitations.

Once your order has been approved, please allow 2 weeks for printing, or 3-4 weeks for letterpress or foiling (excludes delivery time). If your order is urgent, please get in touch via our contact form below prior to ordering to see whether your timeframe can be accommodated.

We always prioritise our clients happiness, therefore if something is not to the clients satisfaction, we will do what is necessary to correct the issue. Throughout the design process you will be provided the opportunity to make changes, add pieces and adjust quantities. However, due to the amount of work that is committed to each individual order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

All orders are final and are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your order as of a result of an unforeseen circumstance, please email hello@stoneandsparrow.com.au. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if production has commenced.

All artwork digitally printed is printed in the CMYK print process and, as with any full colour artwork, colour matching is not guaranteed. Based on the device you are viewing the website from, most monitors use additive RGB colour, while printing uses subtractive CMYK pigments, each a different way of reproducing colour. In print, artwork may not have the same range, saturation, and contrast as a monitor, making the colours typically darker and less vibrant than on screen. We are not responsible or held liable for any colour that may vary from screen to print, print to print, stock to stock, and first product of the run to the last product of the run.

While all care is taken to make sure no errors are found, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes or incorrect information on any orders approved for print or production. The client thereby is to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. An email verification has to be made by the client, approving all artwork prior to their release for print or production. No refunds or reprints are available after a final approved design has gone to print. It is agreed that Stone+Sparrow is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final artwork after the client has approved the final artwork.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days only and are subject to change without notice. All quotes are in AUD.

We have a wide range of fonts to choose from so if you would like to use an alternative that you have seen on our social media or website, please let us know. Each of our designs have been carefully chosen to suit the specific theme of the invitation.

Please do not ask us to supply you our fonts. Most of our fonts have been purchased under a commercial use license and we do not disclose font types under any circumstances to protect our design work and further print revenue.

All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing excludes GST.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They must be redeemed by the allocated timeframe.

They did such an amazing job, so creative and full of fresh ideas. They really captured the theme we wanted for our invites and reasonably priced! they were really easy to deal with and so prompt with responses to questions and all the constant changes (bridezilla moments) I've referred them to a few friends for other invites and even used them for my husbands 30th invites, overall fab experience!

Wonderful supplier and we could not have asked for anything better! Our invitations turned out beyond amazing – they were elegant, simple and sophisticated. We also loved that they could adopt the design/theme to create the rest of our stationary for the day, including individual menus, table numbers, seating charts, church ceremony books, guestbook cards and bonbonniere labels. On top of all that, they are easy to work with and took all the stress of our hands. We highly recommend Stone + Sparrow!!

They were able to take what I envisioned in my head and design something that was even more amazing. The invite was very important to me as it set the tone for the whole wedding and Stone + Sparrows design did this. The place cards and menus were also beautiful and kept with our theme, taking the design through to the day and the table setting. They were also great to work with and I felt they really cared about creating me the best designs they could for my special day.

Where can I get some nice ones in sydney, and do I invite all the same people to the wedding?

Hi there,

There are many places to get invitations within the Sydney area. I would take a look at the invitation section on easy weddings website. To narrow down your choice see which companies best fit your style. It is good to get a few quotations to compare pricing and see what fits within your budget.

With regards to inviting all the same people to both the engagement and wedding. Generally speaking, the engagement party is where you invite only close friends and family, depending on the size this could range anywhere from 10 - 60 people. I would figure out your budget first as this will help you determine what is actually feasible.
