OVERVIEW

To be personally invited, what a wonderfully warm feeling. The feeling of being special to someone, special enough to share in such an important occasion. We believe a great event starts with a special and personal message to your guests that will spark excitement for your wedding or engagement to come.

We LOVE what we do, we believe that if you're going to do something, why not do it the best.

Our clients expect the best for the most important day of their lives, and they deserve it. We LOVE working with our brides and grooms as they remind us everyday that only the best is worth doing and that's exactly what we deliver.

We are a small design studio located in the Yarra Valley (yep, that's the wine region)

We are completely devoted to creating invitations and stationery for weddings and engagements. Everything we create is designed, printed and hand crafted by us right here in our studio overlooking the gumtrees.

To begin the experience, we invite you to browse our online galleries to get the ideas flowing. From here you can simply choose a design from our collection & personalise it to fit your style. Alternatively with your inspiration, we can tailor a completely custom design for you reflecting your personality, style and special event for a truly unique result.

Dee is the most amazing, caring & kindest person I have ever met! She made our special day complete. Dee was so professional. Made time to answer questions, & put together the perfect speech. She went above and beyond for myself and my husband. Would not recommend anyone highly enough than Dee Potter.

How far in advance should I send wedding invites if guests can stay on site at the venue?

We're getting married at the yarra valley, where guests can stay at the venue if they choose. How far in advance should I send out the invites with the details?

Personally Invited Invitations

Hi there!

Firstly, a big congratulations on your engagement and locking down a wedding date!

When there is accommodation involved, its best to send out your invitations earlier rather than later. Keep in mind that other patrons could book in and fill up the available accommodation too.
We would recommend sending your invitations out approximately 6 months before your wedding date and up to 8 month prior if you have a large portion of guests travelling over 2 hours.

I hope my response has been helpful. Happy planning!

Warm regards,

Hayley

Should I send out invites if we are only having 30 people at our wedding?

Personally Invited Invitations

Hi Churalak,
This is a great opportunity to have exactly what you want! As the quantity is low you could potentially splurge on a few extras!
Just because a wedding is small doesn't mean it can't be a special occasion with all the toppings.
Warm regards,
Hayley

How do I word 'change the date' cards?

Hi, we've had to put our wedding back from April to October due to financial issues from work ending. How do I word the change politely?

Personally Invited Invitations

Hi Casey,
The wording for an instance like this is very personal for each couple depending on if you would like to share the reason or not. I would recommend keeping it positive and upbeat and excite your guests for the new date :). We'd love to help out if you are looking for a stationery supplier.
Best wishes,
Hayley
