OVERVIEW
I create professional wedding invitations, save the date cards, RSVP cards, thank you notices, menus and engagement invitations. These can be simple designs on a single sheet of card, or something more complex and intricate – it’s entirely up to you. I work with a variety of printers locally and Australia-wide to implement beautiful paper types and special finishes. Let me help make your wedding day something you and your guests will remember forever.
How to order:
1. Choose from premade or custom designs.
Select a beautiful premade design from my range ($10-15) or work with me to design your dream invitation from scratch ($50 per hour, at an average of 8 hours)
2. Choose how to print it.
Print your own files at home, or I’ll get them printed and posted to you professionally. If you’ve chosen a premade design and want to print it at home, you can simply complete the entire process including checkout on Etsy.
Note that printing fees vary considerably (from $10 into the hundreds of dollars) depending on complexity of design and types of paper stock, techniques and finishes. Postage fees apply. A print facilitation fee of $50 (1 hour) - $200 (4 hours) is payable to Origami Graphics depending on the complexity of the project and the communication and inspection time with printers required.
3. That’s it!

I sure do - just send me an enquiry at taylor@origamigraphics.net.
Premade designs cost $10 (single-sided) or $15 (double-sided) and are fully customised to feature your name and event details.
Custom designs are charged by the hour, at $35 per hour. You'll be quoted an estimate of time taken to complete your design, and discounts will be applied if it's done sooner than expected. Generally you can expect a custom wedding invitation to cost between $100 and $400 depending on complexity. Derivative items like Save the Date cards and RSVP cards will cost less, because the hard bit (choosing a design) has already been completed on the invitation.
You sure can - however, if the edits are comprehensive I reserve the right to charge more. Simple changes like font colour or removing elements are easy and I'm happy to do that for free.
No, I service Australia-wide - but I can only meet clients face-to-face in Canberra. I also work with Canberra printers and will be posting items from here.
I offer cancellations and refunds for change of mind within 24 hours of purchase.
If this point has passed, I cannot issue a refund unless required by law (eg. the product is significantly different from expected or there is a problem with the order).
This is because, by the time you receive your invitation, I've already done the hours and I need to be paid!
ABSOLUTELY. People of all shapes, sizes and romantic preferences welcome here.

Origami Graphics
Hi there,
You can include whatever you like on your invite. Generally a dress code is not required as people know that a wedding is a formal occasion requiring neat semicasual clothing at the very minimum. If, however, you have a special dress code (such as, "everyone wears pink"), it might be wise to include that on the invitation.

When designing invitations, it's important to consider your likes and dislikes - not just the current trends in design (which can sometimes be controversial!). However, choosing particular colours for particular seasons or days can be a fun way to create atmosphere at your event. For summer, my personal favourites are:
I tend to find that warmer or brighter colours like pinks and purples work best for spring, when florals abound. For example, pink and purple colours on floral cards look great for Easter or celebrations that tap into femininity like Mother's Day or baby showers.
To help these invitations look even more summery, I recommend using delicate text - for example, a flowing, handwritten script or delicate serif text for a carefree and happy feel. Foil or gloss can also add some great lightheartedness and shine. Heavier and more serious fonts and embossing have a regal feel, which might feel more wintery - think being curled up in front of a log fireplace or being inside a regal but chilly throne room.
As you can see, colours and shapes can definitely evoke different feelings - so be sure to balance the designs you love with colour theory if you're aiming for a particular atmosphere. Searching on Pinterest or Etsy can really help, as favouriting designs you love will allow them to show you more inspiration with the same vibe.
Don't hesitate to get in contact if you'd like any more assistance, and enjoy your wedding day!
