FAQ
It's very easy to order your Animated Invitation. Once you have chosen your Design, simply fill in the event details form before adding it to your cart. If you wish to add a photo this can be uploaded at this stage as well. There will be space to include any extra special details in the end frame of the invitation, as well as the opportunity to include any special direction with the text. We will always contact you to ask questions and clarify anything if needed. If you are looking for assistance with ideas for wording, we have a helpful Wedding Invitation Etiquette tips page.
Once you have checked your wording is correct, continue through the payment process and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Once we have your video ready, a private link will be emailed to you for you to review the invitation. Should we need to revise anything for any reason, we are able to update until you are completely happy with the results. You are then ready to send your invitation link to your guests in any way you wish.
Generally an order will take between 3-6 business days. There are a number of steps involved, and depending on the wording, there may be a little manual re-animation involved in getting your invitation looking just right. On the odd occasion we may pause creating orders for a holiday period. We'll always let you know ahead of time if this will happen and announce this on our website ahead of time so customers can be aware.
We will do all the work for you. Including cropping, colour treatment and sizing. We just need your favourite picture uploaded into the order form. It will need to be under 10 MB in size. We are able to accept all image formats. We do recommend a high quality JPG image.
Once we create a wedding invitation animation video. It can stay online as long as you like. By default, we will remove the file 1 year after the event has taken place. However if you wish something different let us know.
Absolutely. You are able to download the video in a variety of resolutions to keep on your own computer or system.
Yes. For the one minute Wedding Invitations I will also provide a HD (High Definition) Jpg of the invitation. That way if anyone would like a printed copy you will have that option.
Yes. The hosting service Vimeo easily allows embedding. I provide the embedding code as part of my service. Just let me know if you need it and I am able to send it to you.
Yes, the invitation is at HD Resolution (1920 x 1080) 24 fps. Provided the viewers internet connection is working, you will see clear quality video on computers, tablets and smartphones. Should you decide to project it on a 4K screen or larger, you may start seeing some degradation.

What wedding stationery trends are coming up?
Hi there, what do you predict will be in/popular for wedding invitations and stationery in 2024/25? Are there any unique trends you've spotted?

Interesting topic! Coming from a bit of a different perspective, we are now seeing the start of online invitations with music and motion.
We also have stunning Wedding Websites coming on trend.
Both of these options are starting to become popular due to the sheer convinience but also because if you find a quality designer, they can look really beautiful and adds excitement. They allow guests to access live directions, online rsvp forms, online wishing wells and can even inlcude really personalised things such as a Wedding music playlist.
There are lots of choices becoming available online and it's worth deciding what sort of information is important for you and your guests before deciding on a supplier.
Best wishes!

Hello there,
There are lots of great Wedding Website builders out there. Some are more flexible than others and make everyone's lives easier as well as being fun.
In order to utilise all the benefits of going online, you could have the option to include
• A map link to your ceremony location (so people can click to get instant directions)
• RSVP links to allow guests to reply online and you can collate the information faster
• Direct guests to your online wishing well or gift registry (these typically allow couples to receive a higher volume than a traditional one at the wedding)
• You can include custom pages such as how you met on a 'Your Story' page and how the day is planned on a 'Wedding Programme' page
• Links to your social media pages so friends and guests can see your Wedding planning adventures
• Some couples prefer a donation to a charity close to their heart instead of gift. This can be linked in.
• A fun option is to make a combined playlist and share it on Spotify, so you have a soundtrack for your Wedding
• Some website lets you upload pop up images, so you can show other maps of garden locations, or images of you wedding location.
• If you have friends and family requiring accommodation, you can also add the link for the hotel booking package to the site.
There are video invitations out there that also live inside your own matching website. Creating a completely paperless environment.
Best wishes for your Wedding planning.

It's a good question! Because everyone’s lives get so busy, you need to make the rsvp process as easy as possible. A few good tips are
1. Don't send out your invitations + rsvps card too early - If there is an rsvp card sitting in a guests draw for 6 months it will most likely get lost or forgotten. Generally 6-8 weeks is a good time frame. However each wedding is unique, and this may change for destaintion weddings, or events that require more organisation.
2. Make your Rsvp memorable - People will most likely return your rsvp if the process of doing so is fun. Have some creative checkbox answers to tick, or ask them their favourite song for the dancefloor playlist.
3. Be clear - If you need to confirm numbers by a hard deadline, be very clear in your words. Make the date obvious and stand out. Mention politely you are unable to cater for late responses
4. Use an Online Rsvp form - Most web based or online invitation services include an online rsvp for your guests to fill in. This means your guest can respond in seconds on their mobile or computer. It also makes it easier for you to keep track of who has replied, and any guest requirements. Once your deadline has passed, you only need to email or text those late responders with the rsvp link, and they can get back to you very quickly.
5. Give yourself a time buffer - If you need to have final numbers by a certain time. Bring the date forward by a week or more, so you have time to follow up with those who haven't responded. It also means that if a lot of guests aren't able to make it, you have an opportunity to include others.
While it is frustrating to have to follow up with guests, at the end of the day they have most likely innocently forgotten. By getting your timing right and keeping your rsvp process online. You can definantly reduce your stress load and have more guests respond on time.
