FAQ
We certainly can. Contact us with your ideas, colours, budget, theme and we will call you to have a chat.
Yes, there is. A minimum order allows us to cover our set up fees, design, shipping fees to us, etc
-Most colections have a 25 invitations minimum order.
-Scrolls, fans, foil printing, letterpress printing, silk invitation and NEW laser cut designs have a minimum order of 50 units.
Of course we can :) but we would need a bit of information about your wedding and needs so that we can give you an accurate quote.
For example:
1) how many invitations do you need? As a guide 100 guests = about 5 invitations if most are couple or families as you really need to send one invite per household, not per person
2) Do you have a theme, or colours in mind or a style of invite you like.
3) do you have a budget you want or need to stick to? That will also help you determine the style. If your budget is good, you can probably play with paper layers, pockets, extra additional cards etc. If your budget is tight, we have heaps of invites with less labour that are as pretty, just more simple, and with no additional info/ rsvp cards styles to help you save.
Call us for a chat and we will show you a pack that suits!

Hi Carissa!
We wrote our thoughts in an article last year (on our web site, please see below), covering the little bits to consider when is the best time to send the invitations.
Hope you find useful! :)

Do I need to include the dress code on the invite?
Invitations by Tango Design
Hello :)
In my opinion, including a general dress code is certainly very useful. At the same time, you offer guidance to the guests. I would include one, unless you really do not mind what they wear on the day....If a dress code is not included, the truth is... you may have some surprises....:) Hope this helps,
Mariana

I know this gets asked all the time but can someone please advise me of the timing for invites?
I've seen many articles advising to send out invitations 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. This doesn't seem enough time for me as I'm wanting to organise place cards, printed seating chart etc not to mention I'm sure I'll be chasing people up for RSVPs! My wedding is early November so I'd love some thoughts/advice. Thanks!

Hi Katherine!
This is a question we are often asked, and there are so many different opinions. Unfortunately, what etiquette and wedding “protocol” usually suggest is not necessarily compatible with reality. :)
If you want the short answer, I would say:
• If it’s a local wedding, where no accommodation or flights are required:
I would suggest 4-6 months before the wedding day to allow you to organise other services and products with vendors that require numbers or/and names (if needed).
• If it’s a destination wedding, where accommodation and flights are required, and you want them to make it to the event: 6 months to 18 months.
Just my thoughts hope it helps :)
