  1. A wishing well is absolutely acceptable. There are some great poems to include in your invitation to let your guests know this is your preferred option.

Hi,

Absolutely! Im yet to see a wedding without a wishing well/wishing box. The ones we hire out say "Cards & Wishes" and "Thankyou" So they are not specifically requesting money but just a card with a special note in it. You will find most guests will gift money in the card which is a big help in covering some of the expensive costs of a wedding ;)

Hey there!

Absolutely! I find that wishing wells appear at weddings more often than not. We personalise our acrylic well with the couples name so that guests are not feeling any pressure to place money in their cards and can just pop a card in if that's what they feel is appropriate, although you will find that most guests will pop some money in the card, it's fast replacing the traditional wedding gift here as most couples already have a lift built together and therefore money is the more useful option ??
