About
SAS Events are a family run events hire and fabrication company based in Melbourne, Victoria. During our almost 20 years in the events industry we’ve provided services for many of Melbourne’s best event planners, designers and venues. Joining the family business in early 2017, Tannya is responsible for all things relating to business administration, compliance, collaborations, marketing and project management.

Our office hours; Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 3.00pm.
By appointment only. Installation and dismantle services are available 7 days a week.
Hire only services are available for pick up and return Monday – Friday.

Our hire period and pricing is based on a 3 day hire rate. You can hire out our products for longer by contacting us with your request.
Yes, we do! We have a dedicated team of builders, design gurus, sewists, riggers and all round movers and shakers to ensure that your event is nothing short of perfect. Our labour fee (installation and dismantle) is an additional cost to cover the hours to prepare, pack, load, unload, clean and store our items. This labour fee varies depending on the order and amount of labour required to set up your event.
Yes, you're able to collect and return your hired items! Please contact us for more information.
Yes, SAS Events is operational 7 days a week. If you require delivery or collection outside our normal operation hours, please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Our in house range is not for sale however we are able to take custom orders and create fabrications! Please contact us for further details.
To ensure we have all the products available for your event, it is best to contact us as far in advance as possible! However, due to such a large stock range, we are able to take last minute orders if required.
