At Elkwood Events, we are Sydney event hire specialists. We are driven to help you create your perfect event, whether it be an intimate party in the park, a family picnic or your special wedding day, we are here to cater to your needs.
You can select from our massive range of party hire products, wedding decor or event styling. See our range of wedding reception and ceremony packages, or if you're after something a little simpler for your party, you can browse our large collection of garden games.
We are located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and we can't wait to hear from you to help you start planning your perfect event. We offer Do-It-Yourself options as well as Delivery, Set-Up and Pack-Down. We are flexible to making your vision happen.

Our hire cost covers a 48 hour period. The games can be hired for longer periods; however, additional costs apply. If you would like to get a quote, please send us a message through our contact form.
Elkwood Events services the Sydney region. As we are based in the Eastern Suburbs, our base delivery fee of $60 covers a 15km radius. This radius is covered in all of our delivery and setup costs. If your event is outside of this area, an additional delivery fee will be added. This fee is dependent on the distance and will be assessed when a quote is requested.
Unfortunately, we do not do deliveries within the Sydney CBD.
Once paid, booking deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, change-of-date or change-or-mind. Cancellations that are made up to 14 days prior to your booking will be eligible for a refund, less the deposit.

Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to your event/booking. If your booking is made within the 14 day requirement, then full payment is required immediately.
If you see something on our website/Facebook or Instagram that you would like to hire, send us an email or give us a call with the name of the item, date of your event and the quantity you would like to hire. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a quote and if we have availabilities for your requested date(s).

Hi there,
Generally it is much easier to enlist the help of a wedding hire company for chairs, arches, signing tables etc. Depending on the company and your wishes, they will deliver, set up and then remove the items. Some public areas have their own gazebos, which have been known to be preferable spots for the bride and groom to get married. Alternatively, an arch would do the trick.
Also, get in touch with your desired to park and/or local council to double check whether you will need a permit in order to get married at that location.
