FAQ
Yes. We take a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
We accept, Cash, Direct Deposit and Card Payments. Please note Card payments do incur a 1.9% processing fee.
For DIY Wedding setups we allow a HIre period of 3-4 days to allow time for you to set up and pack up and return items. If items are just for a Ceremony and you require us to set up and pack up - this is done all in one day.
Any damage to Hire items will need to be paid for by the Hirer.
Yes we offer delivery and set up of items for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing.
We ask if you need to change or cancel your booking to let us know at your earliest convenience. We are happy to transfer your booking to an alternate date (subject to item availability). Items cancelled result in loss of non-refundable deposit. If items are cancelled within 7 days of Event a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking is payable.
Yes. Most of our items are available for Pick up Langwarrin or Skye. We do however have a few items that are strictly delivery only.

We don't charge additional for our hire items on NYE. Our prices remain the same no matter what time of the year.
