About
I am the director of Elderberry Event Hire which I run alongside my husband Corey. Elderberry is the product of our own wedding plans. We wanted something that represented us and who we are as couple. Unfortunately, the market at the time didn't provide that or did with a ridiculous price tag. Then and there we decided lets make stunning weddings available to all locations in Victoria at an affordable price. We are the can do wedding company that love a wedding with heaps of character.

We try to be as flexible as we can here at Elderberry, we generally set up one to two days before the wedding which gives the couple enough time to decorated and look after finer details. We also do decor, tabletop and floristry and this is an optional add in to all couples too. We work around you and the venue as much as possible and try to pick up the hire items the day after the event. We can leave the items another day at no extra charge if you require and if there booking the day after.
Yes, we travel to the all rural areas of Victoria. We ourselves got married in rural Victoria and we love the countryside.. Our package prices will vary slightly to allow for travel time.
To book in a package, marquee or hire items we require 20% deposit. The remaining payment is due seven days prior to the event or wedding. Please bear in mind that we generally received several enquiries for dates in the height of the wedding season. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Elderberry Event Hire
