Adorn Event Hire is a Brisbane based event hire, styling and floristry company, born from our first love, floral design. Over the past 12 years, we've been adorning events with creative design, beautiful flowers and hand-selected hire items. With our couples vibe in mind we as stylists, design spaces and tablescapes whilst weaving in flow and functionality, all in the goal to make it unique to you.

Need a hand with full styling? To make the most of this service please do get in touch and let us know as much information about your wedding as possible. Our full-service couples receive a complimentary mood board and styling proposal inclusive of colour palette, bridal flower suggestions, decor/furniture/lighting hire suggestions, any sub hire suggestions and a full detailed quote. If you need a hand with signage or stationery we have a wonderful graphic designer that can assist and we can take care of the printing. Complimentary showroom appointments are also available.
If you are a stylist yourself or are after DIY hire. We offer DIY pick up and return with an easy 3-4 day hire period. The hire period is usually for 3-4 days. If you would like more time to accommodate your plans around your wedding or event then we would be happy to arrange a drop off time. Usually we require all items to be returned by 12noon Monday for weekend events. Pick up and drop off times are more than welcome on weekends and outside business hours by appointment only. We’re located in Eatons Hill, north of Brisbane.
Yes, we can deliver and set up anything from a dinner party to a full wedding ceremony and reception. We LOVE styling so please contact us with your wishlist and inspiration pics! Our full styling couples receive a complimentary styling proposal including mood board, hire item suggestions and full quote. Complimentary showroom appointments are also available.
Yes, of course! We completely understand the need to see and feel things before making any decisions! Just contact us to arrange a time for an appointment with Amanda. Brides and stylists relish in the fact that they can do a full mock up of their centrepieces on either a round or long table. We have an abundance of silk flowers to use for colour and balance so you can see it all coming together and get a quote based on the bespoke centrepiece items you’ve chosen.
