I don't really look at trends to much, but what would suit you best.
In this case, let's see what facial type you are.
Eg:
1. **Oval Face**: Almost any hairstyle works well! Consider soft waves, a half-up style, or an elegant updo.
2. **Round Face**: Opt for hairstyles that add height, like a high bun or a side-swept hairstyle. Long layers can also create the illusion of length.
3. **Square Face**: Try soft, romantic waves or curls that soften the jawline. A side part or an asymmetrical style can also be flattering.
4. **Heart-Shaped Face**: Consider styles that add volume around the chin, such as loose curls or a side-swept bob. A low bun with face-framing strands can also look lovely.
5. **Long Face**: Choose hairstyles that create width, like soft waves or a half-up style. Avoid overly long hairstyles that can elongate your face further.
6. **Hair Type**: If you have fine hair, consider volumizing styles like soft curls or a textured updo. For thick hair, you might opt for structured styles that can hold their shape well.
7. **Wedding Theme**: Keep in mind the type of wedding you're having (e.g., formal, bohemian, rustic) as it can influence the hairstyle you choose.
I hope this helps:)
I always say go for styles that suit your face shape, dress style, weather and hair type over trending styles. In saying that, there are plenty of classic styles that don't date to choose from. Hollywood waves have made a big come back for those with long thick hair. If you have fine hair you can always have hair clip ins to bulk your tresses.
If you're considering an up do try a French roll that displays pieced hair swirls visible from the front to elongate your face and add glamour. This style is ideal for windy outdoor weddings. Clip in hair can also be used to bulk out your hair.
I find that styles that are not snatched at the sides can look dated. Sides that are tighter around the ear will add a face lift too which is always a bonus. All that said, go with what you love. You will always remember feeling fabulous!
Hey there Bride! I get it, nobody wants to feel like they're wearing hair that looks outdated. The best way to avoid that, is by making sure your bridal style is in harmony with your personal style, as well as adapting things from wider trends and timeless styles that suit *YOU*. I love the idea of following the bridal industry leaders and absorbing all the beautiful things happening out there on Instagram and Pinterest, and then saving looks you love that are similar to your hair type, length, texure (and your colour season for your make up, your body type for your gown etc). Once you have chosen a bridal hairstylist that is able to draw on all the elements that you have on your shortlist, they should be able to suggest what will be achieveable for your hair (or help you come up with a plan to make it happen with colouring/cutting/extensions etc). Choosing a hairstylist that is busy in the wedding industry, passionate about personalising their work to suit the client, and having some up to the minute inspo to guide you on the way will bring together the perfect modern look tailored to you. Good luck! x
The best way to stay on trend while still looking amazing is to choose a skilled bridal hairstylist. They’re not only up to date with the latest styles but also have the experience to know what will work best for you. A great stylist will guide you toward a look that complements your dress, wedding theme, hair type, and face shape—while still reflecting your personality. Instead of just following trends, the key is finding a style that’s elegant, timeless, and truly you!
When it comes to bridal hair and makeup styling, it is best to avoid trends and keep your look classic. Otherwise in a few years time, you might look back and think your style looks dated and a little 2020's old. We have all seen our parent's or grandparent's photos and thought, "OMG that looks so 70's/80's/90's" etc. You want to look back and be reminded of what a beautiful day it was, not see what decade it was in. Your styling should make you feel gorgeous, that is what helps give you that "bridal glow', not the trend of the time.
When it comes to bridal hair I personally don't look at what's "trending" but rather look for a style that most suits the brides hair type, facial shape, dress style and basically the whole vibe of her wedding. As a stylist that tends to be drawn to classic hairstyles I feel these looks never look outdated.

I feel this is really a more individual thing, what does your dress look like? What's the vibe of the wedding? What is your hair like? What is your face shape? These to me are bigger factors then the style finding something that suites you and your look is most important. Then your stylist can give you ideas and suggestions based on these factors to find something modern for you
