OVERVIEW
My name is Giselle Patrice, I’m a professional Makeup Artist and have worked in the Industry for over 16 years. I graduated in 2000 from Swinbourne University with the Diploma of Entertainment Makeup in Melbourne Australia. Since then I have worked in various areas and expertise in High Fashion Runway, Photography, Theatre, Short Film and Bridal. This includes working not only in Australia but also Internationally in London, Atlanta and Miami. In Australia I have worked on Rosemont Melbourne Fashion week, Melbourne Spring FW, and Myer AW and SS Melbourne.
In 2005 while living in London I was given the opportunity to work on the Mel Brook’s production of The Producers at Theatre Royal Drury Lane London. I always consider myself to be lucky and blessed that I had that opportunity to work on a West End show in one of the most prestigious theatres in the world. Throughout my career I have also worked for leading Cosmetic brands that include Bobbi Brown, Illamasqua, MAC Cosmetics, Christian Dior, ScreenFace London and Kryolan.
In recent years my focus is mostly doing Bridal and Special Occasion Makeup. I believe in setting my years of experience for every persons special day to make you look and feel your best. I'm a professional Makeup Artist working since 1999 with experience within Fashion, Theatre, Film and off course Bridal. I use all professional Makeup such as brands such as Mac Cosmetics, Dior, Laura Mercier, Illamasqua, Tom Ford and Tarte. I'm highly experienced in Bridal and have worked on Fashion since 2005. There are loads of great brands on the market these days. I recommend using a lip primer first, then out lining and colouring the lip with a long lasting liner before applying the lipstick. Gloss it great but keep it to a minimum. Look at using a liquid matt that drys quickly or use either a matt, satin or cream lipstick. Brands that I love that are great in Liquid Matts are Mac Cosmetics, Dior, Georgio Armani, Kat Von D Beauty and Guerlain.
