Priding themselves in working with brides closely in the lead up to your special day, special care is given to skin care, beauty, hair colour, conditioning and treatments by only stocking professional quality brands and the latest hair and makeup trends.

Based out of Redhead, Newcastle, a fully equipped boutique salon offers:

A wide choice of exquisite bridal hair accessories, haircombs, vines and hairpins in pearl, crystal, rhinestone and porcellian

Brides are welcome to visit the salon to choose your perfect accessory.

When do i come in for my HAIR & MAKEUP trial ?

We like to plan a trial for hair & makeup 2/3 months prior your wedding .As we are booked up with weddings ,trials are held in our boutique salon at Redhead on a Tues/Wed

How long does a Hair & Makeup trial take ?

A trial usually takes roughly 3hrs , I allow 1 1/2 hrs for wedding hair & 1 1/2 hrs for wedding makeup . This allows time for us to tweak the hair and makeup til your 100% happy.

Another trial may need to be booked should you choose to try a different hair or makeup look .

At the trial we will spend time with you creating a style that you love ,please bring your veil or accessories that you would like to use . We will take photos of the finished look& bring them along on your wedding day

Have your hair colour fresh & wear your tan your having on your wedding day for a perfect match for makeup & fabulous hairstyle photo results .

Do you sell hair extensions ?

We can colour match & source a high quality hair extension for you

What do i need to bring to a Hair & Makeup trial ?

We always ask our brides to bring in any images they have of makeup and hair they love , specifically with their skin and hair tones .It can really help explain what type of look you are after & style you like .

Also have a photo of bridesmaids dresses ,flowers & your wedding dress ,this will give us an idea of your theme & colour pallette & also for makeup our MUA @maddisxnn can choose the correct colour pallette to compliment your makeup .

* Perfectly shaped eyebrows (tinted & eyelashes tinted too )

* Freshly coloured hair ( trial photos look better without regrowth )

* Have your tan on that you will be having on your wedding day ( MUA Maddison can colour match foundation )

Jodie & Maddisonn are AMAZING! Unfortunately my wedding was postponed due to covid but I was lucky enough to already have had my wedding hair and makeup trial! And they did not disappoint!! The Team at Divine Hair and Beauty and Maddisxxn are the positive and energetic personal cheerleaders you need on your wedding day! Really easy going, many suggestions for the bride who has no idea, very organised on day, great to have a laugh with, only good vibes, made all my bridesmaids and MIL and mother and myself look and feel fabulous!! Will Hollywood curls last the night?

We at DivineHair & BEAUTY recommend booking us as soon as you book your venue ,we take bookings up to two years in advance & we recommend follow our social media for hair & makeup ideas for all the bridal party & we in book your hair & makeup trial two to three months before your wedding date ,just so you have your veil ,hair accessories to bring to our salon

Hi there, my hair is quite thin and I want to give it some oomph for my wedding. What are some options? I've heard about clip-in extensions. (Bit worried about colour matching?) Any ideas? Thank you.
