For our Set Up & Styling team we service all of Melbourne, Victoria including:

For DIY self set ups:

Our DIY Self set up & drop off option allows you the flexibility of bringing our florals to wherever your venue may be.
You are able to arrange extended hire time

Are you able to set up additional items provided by the Couple?

ABSOLUTELY!

If you have engaged our services for any hired items for your wedding and included the set up option, we are certainly able to help you to set up any extra items you may have with an additonal set up fee dependant on how many items there are.

Do you work with only faux florals?

All the florals provided by E&M Encoré Events are beautiful and realistic faux florals.

If you have had a chance to scroll through our instagram (www.instagram.com/emencoreevents) you can see that you can't tell!

However, if our couples would like to use fresh flowers for their table centerpeices (for example), they are able to organise with their florist to have the pre-arranged bouquets delivered to the venue for us to style/place into vases etc. This does incur an addional set up fee.

Do you have a minimum spend?

We don't have a minimum spend.

You are able to hire/purchase only the times you would love to include for your special day!

What are you able to provide?

If you do have a particular style of welcome sign etc, which you absolutely love please do inquire and send through inspo pics as we are always adding new arrangements and styles into our collection!

E&M Encoré Events were the best thing on my wedding - outside of getting married to the LOML of course! They were the last vendor we booked, less than a week before my wedding and after much debate on whether we should have floral decorations. We bit the bullet and talked to several suppliers on messenger. We settled on E&M Encoré Events as Estelle was the most helpful and friendly, and their flowers were so pretty. My last minute panic had set in and I couldn't decide on what I wanted but Estelle was very patient and responsive giving many great ideas and suggestions, even recommending an Asian colour scheme that suited the venue and the vibe of wedding - constantly asking for my thoughts of course. My mind was all over the place but Estelle was able to give me much confidence in what to expect, sending pictures and sketches of the decorations. The invoice was also very clear about how much we were paying for each item. On the day, I was completely blown away by how beautiful the flowers looked. Estelle and her team arrived early to set up (a worthy investment to reduce stress on the day) and worked quickly to turn the venue into floral wonderland. I received soooooo many compliments on the flowers and all the guests remarked at how beautiful they were. The arch was gorgeous and beyond what I had imagined. Estelle even added some extra touches to make the venue feel even more special. I'm so glad I went with E&M Encoré Events as they were one of the highlights of my wedding and their flowers will be something I remember as a key part of the day. The pictures don't do them justice!

Estelle made our wedding flowers on April 23rd. She was incredibly accommodating to our budget and on top of that, her service was top notch. She was super helpful and sent regular questions whether I was still happy with my original order + colour scheme and updates on how they were turning out. Everyone at the wedding loved it and were surprised when I told them they weren't real! We just adored the florals, she got the exact autumnal vibe that I wanted which matched perfectly with our dresses. I would 10000% recommend hiring Estelle for your next event, you will not be disappointed :)

E&M Encore Events did a very great job in doing our ceremony florals and couple’s table in addition to many more things they have helped us with including some reception florals, boutonnieres, bridal & mothers’ bouquet, wishing well box, welcome sign, guest list sign, place cards, etc. ❤️❤️ I could not recommend them enough! 💯 The flowers are very pretty and natural looking! Estelle is very professional in her craft and is open to ideas from her clients to make it more personal for them. She did our ceremony and reception area very stylish without compromising the natural beauty and character of the venue; all the more, she enhanced it even more. She is very patient and accommodating even if we have requested for some last minute changes. Her composure helped me a lot in managing my stress as she really knows what she’s doing. We engaged Estelle, Hannah and the team for our wedding florals/styling and they were amazing to work with. As someone who lacked the creative flair and couldn’t visualise/style our wedding, I left a lot of the creative styling to Estelle which she delivered on! I gave her a colour theme and a few inspo pics that I thought looked nice - she took it all in and made something just so beautiful and cohesive while considering your budget. She even made sure to consider the venue colour/theme and recommended better styles that suited. She is an advocate for reusing florals/ candles used in the ceremony for the reception to minimise cost. No one could tell the flowers weren’t real and we had so many compliments! Hannah ensured that our Lookbook with all our discussions/inspo pics were kept up to date and was super communicative so that nothing was missed. I never had to worry with them throughout my whole wedding planning process. Highly recommended!
