Having your favorite flowers in your bouquet i think is really important, as it show that you have followed your dream flowers and not what is seen everywhere. Firstly ask your florist if it is in season locally or is it possible to source it from the eastern states or from overseas growers. Secondly if its not available you have two options. Firstly the florist can check if there is a flower close to what you are wanting, and if not you could always opt to use a high quality real touch flower mixed with fresh. I hope that helps
