It's always a good idea to meet with your preferred florist as soon as you can to ensure that your date is available.  Four to six months prior to your wedding date is most common, however we are able to help plan a wedding on much tighter timelines as well.   For the busiest times of the year (September/October/November and March/April) the earlier you contact us the better.

At Bloom & Bush we do only take on a limited number of weddings each season, with only one wedding scheduled per weekend so that we can offer a more personal experience to our couples and ensure that every detail on the day is taken care of. 

We work on a first come, first serve basis and bookings are only confirmed once a 25% non-refundable deposit has been received.

As each wedding is unique, the first step is to contact us to check that your date is available and schedule a time for a personal consultation.  We usually ask you to provide any details of your day before we meet to get a better understanding of who you are, your personal style and your vision.  This might include information such as:

• Your wedding date, time and location
• How many bridesmaids and groomsmen you have
• What your floral requirements are (ceremony, reception and bridal party)
• Your event mood and feel
• Your colour palette and other style ideas 
• Your floral and decor budget
• Details of other vendors already booked

We'll go into a lot more detail at the consultation after which you will be given a tailored proposal.

The cost will depend largely on what it is that you want.  After contacting us and before scheduling a consultation, we'll provide you with our price guide which will give you a good idea of the average cost of arrangements.  Once we've sat down with you to discuss your vision, we'll provide you with a tailored proposal.

Not at all.  I was an Interstate bride myself (we got married in Maleny, QLD) so I understand that it is not always possible to meet face to face.  We can organise a consultation via Skype or a phone call.  Having organised a wedding from a distance, I'll be able to help you navigate your way through the process to ensure your wedding flowers are perfect.

We offer full service wedding florals and design which means that everything flower related on the day is taken care of.  Our service includes event delivery and set up and a final consultation approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the day to review design and colour.  You'll receive styling support leading up to your event and we are happy to liaise with your other vendors on delivery and set up to ensure that everything is perfect.
