The Flower Snob
You would normally start with the colour of your bridesmaids dresses, and select flower colours to complement or contrast with these. For example lavender dresses look pretty with pastel flowers in hues of lavender, pink and white. Blue dresses are complemented by white, & pink flowers with a few hints of blue such as delphiniums in The bouquets. Of course the brides bouquet can be similar or different. I hope this helps.
Is a large bouquet and a flowercrown too much?
The Flower Snob
No l don’t think so. However an alternative is to have a half crown, with flowers only at the front.
Another option is to do a small flower comb, which can be placed either at the back or on the side, depending on your intended hairstyle. Cheers, Lyn
What can I carry down the aisle that's not a bouquet?
Are there any pretty floral alternatives?
The Flower Snob
A floral hoop looks lovely, and is very on trend (Boho/Vintage),
Other options include wearing a wrist corsage or a floral corsage tied around your waist.
if you’re a Vintage inspired bride you could always consider florals attached to a lace parasol or fan.
Hope this helps inspire you.
cheers,
