On behalf of my wife Annemarie, my son and I, we would just like to thank you, like I did last night in my speech for your outstanding support and commitment for us during the last 3 years of rescheduling due to COVID and making us a priority to ensure that you could be a part of our day in so many ways and if applicable the flexibility leeway for us to look after our son on such a memorable event. There is a lot of stuff to organise as a couple, planning for such a big day and you all know that this venture started a 1/3 of the way through 2018 and you all make it look so easy to create, produce and deliver above and beyond what your couple’s expectations are and for that we are very much grateful, so thank you to you

Beautiful artistry, lovely bouquets. A profusion of natives flowers accented by eucalyptus, dollar gum and olive leaf foliage. Thankyou for working so closely with me to achieve my vision of flowers for my bridesmaids and I.

Really easy to get in contact with. Bit more pricey but definitely worth it. They guided me through the process. The flowers were beautiful on the day.

Paul and the team were absolutely perfect! So easy to work with and had nothing but time for us whenever we had questions. Thank you for helping our vision come to life, to say it was stunning would be an understatement!

We used Lillypad for our wedding on Mother’s Day, and there were pros and cons, which is why the review we are giving is 3. The positives: 1. Initial meeting was professional, comfortable and helpful. Paul mentioned he would “take care of us” and work within our budget. He was friendly and personable. 2. The palette we provided and request for seasonal blooms was followed perfectly, we couldn’t be more pleased with how well the colours and choice of flowers matched our vision. 3. The flowers were delivered to the venue on time and set up as requested. 4. The stands used were new, sturdy and the arrangements on these were a decent size for the price paid. The negatives: 1. We were meant to have two very distinct bridal bouquets, one with cascading greenery, one without. We paid $50 extra for the bigger one. They looked almost identical on the day, to the point that we couldn’t even tell which was which. That was disappointing. 2. Arrangements for the jars we had on tables were quite light on. We noticed that the volume of flowers in each jar varied table to table, and for the price paid (over $1000 for 10 large jars and 10 small, where we provided our OWN jars), we expected fuller arrangements and better consistency. 3. Wedding cake flowers cost us over $80. While they looked beautiful, it is overpriced. 4. The flowers on the stands as well started to wilt quite early. I’m aware the flowers were in the shop 5 days prior to our wedding, so not sure if this played a part, but when I provided the feedback, I was linked to IG for a video of the flowers (used for promotion) rather than provided with any logical explanation for why some blooms may have wilted faster than others. 5. For some reason we kept getting pressured to buy flowers for suit button holes for x3 men despite clearly saying it was beyond our budget and that we didn’t want them. We didn’t give in but I can see how some brides would bend under the repeated questioning. In summary, Lillypad promises a lot, that they’ll “look after you” and be mindful of your budget, but It’s clear that they’re more focused on promoting themselves on social media while charging you a pop for very little volume and every little thing ($350 for delivery and set up, another $120 to take away two stands, another $30 to put some candles on tables, more money to hire stands they reuse anyway…). A friend of mine paid roughly the same amount for her wedding a year ago, and had double the amount of flowers we did. If I had of known, I would have used that other florist. But you trust the professionals and sometimes, what you get on the day is a little disappointing. So all I can say is, buyer beware.
