OVERVIEW
HVB are a design team with many years experience. We service the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Central Coast, delivering creative and beautiful flowers for your occasion.
Between us, we have expertise in not only floristry, but also event co-ordination & art and design. Specialising in weddings, we are always excited to meet brides for the first time, and discover your design ideas.
We love the creative challenges presented to us by couples, to create a beautiful and unique look for your wedding day, or special event.
We ensure that our floral designs will flow through into all the elements of your wedding, by using colours, textures and a bit of flair!
About
Hi, I'm Kim, the owner of Hunter Valley Bouquets. I've been a florist for nearly 20 years (eeek!!) and have been running our business for 7 years. We specialise in weddings and functions and have created hundreds of beautiful bridal bouquets and design feature pieces. When I'm not creating floral designs, I love spending time in my garden, with my lovely cat, Sabi. My other great passion is travel, with a long list of places I've been and an even longer list of places we have yet to see!

Get Expert AdviceHow fresh do wedding flowers need to be?
How long will wedding flowers stay fresh? Can I have them delivered the day before the wedding so the venue can be styled in advance? Or should I order silk or dried flowers to give me more time to work with?
Hunter Valley Bouquets
Hi,
Flowers are usually partially prepared the day before and kept fresh in our coolroom. It is generally better to have the flowers delivered to you on the day, unless you have a coolroom/ fridge/ or cool space to store them. If you are having an installation of some sort, we would do that on site on the day. In winter, it is a little easier, obviously because of the cooler weather.
Hope that helps :-)
