Hi, I'm Rachel, I am a busy little bee, always making pretty things. I've been a professional artist since graduation from my art degree, working on numerous events from operas to music festivals, making props, designing sets, building stages & of course, creating sumptuous florals. Events mean community, which is what life is all about, my work enables me to share my artistry with people in some of the most uplifting times of their lives. I love the outdoors, animals and being in my garden.

We do provide both set up and pack down services if you need that, costs vary depending on the scale and complexity of your items but start at $350 for a simple ceremony or reception set up. We also do an on-the-day coordination service.

Our job as on site coordinators is to manange all the details of the day from furniture to favours. This service can be tailored to facilitate whatever you need on the day.
Usually it would include:
Liaising with you - getting all the details and making sure we are across everything you need for the big day.
Managing and overseeing the set up of your ceremony and reception - setting up furniture, settng the tables, placing favours or extra decorations, lighting candles and making sure the style of the day is cohesive and all the details are perfect. We can also manage the pack down if required.
Coordinating your other suppliers - making sure suppliers know where they need to set up their contributions to the day, ensuring suppliers have everything they need to complete their installations, making sure the cake is refridgerated and supporting all vendors in their relative tasks.
Relocating items from the ceremony to the reception area - any items you want to repurpose, such as flowers, decorations, seating etc, can be carefully moved and set up in a new location.
You are welcome to change your style, it's a process of evolution, so don't worry!
Keep addng things to your Pinterest board and we can pin down your final style in a consult about a month before the wedding. We order the flowers a month in advance so everything must be locked in by then.
We can offer a payment plan to suit you. All payments must be finalised 14 days before the wedding date. Get in touch to discuss a payment plan that suits you best.
We can absolutely design your floral plan for you, we love to be creative with flowers and have fantastic knowledge of what works well. We are super flexible with whatever level of input you'd like to have in the design process.
We can work with any style of florals from roses to tropicals and we love natives!
We service The Tweed, Gold Coast, Byron, Brisbane and the Hinterland.
