Thank you for your queston!
It's best to bring in some photos of what style, colours, or flowers you love or are after. As well as a base of what type of arrangements you would like (ie 1 Brides Bouquet, 3 Bridesmaids Bouquets, A floral arbour, 10 centerpieces).
That way we can effectively work with you to achieve a personalized look for your big day.
And if you have key information about, the venue, what date and time it is, and if theres anything specific you would like us to know; bring that along so we have all the information at hand.
Yes of course! Our team of specialists are problem solving queens and will be able to bring any idea you have to life (within budget of course)

Hi there, can you give some advice on wedding flower seasonality in Australia? What are my best options for a summer wedding?
Petal and Sage
My number one piece of advice would be to chose a Floral Designer you trust, give them creative control on what flowers they chose. This way you will be able to get the best quality flowers on the day. Avoid getting married around Valentines Day, Christmas and Mother's Day as well, these times of the year increase the wholesale costs of flowers, in turn making your day more expensive.
Ultimately if you trust your florist to create your vision, your day will turn out better that you'd hope!

How much should I spend on wedding flowers?
Just trying to work out a realistic budget for how much I should spend on flowers for our reception and ceremony...

There is really no right or wrong answer to this, it all depends on how expansive you want to go with your big day!
We suggest if you know what type of look you want for your wedding, to bring images of that to any consulation and your florist will be able to help you work out what you want and how much it will be.
Is it okay to use faux flowers?
Petal and Sage
Yes, anything is the go now-a-days! If you plan on using real fresh flowers as well though, make sure you are getting high quality faux flowers so they blend seamlessly with the real ones.
If you are stuck on how to get them, the Petal and Sage team have a supplier we use that will be able to get spectacular faux flowers.
