OVERVIEW
She is the bride with a "Style of Her own".
Inspired by real love and real life, SoHo's founder Jade, envisioned a Bridal Boutique for the modern-day, free spirit.
It begins with the space... Located in the trendy suburb of Newtown, on the upper level loft, of a warehouse and accessible via a staircase from the street. Soho is an exclusive experience for the style savvy bride and her bridesmaids.
Soho offers a selection of classic, flowy styles, simple silhouettes and edgy, playful gowns, with an ultimately fashion forward appeal. SoHo stylists aspire to provide uniquely styled looks for the modern Bride and her "Bridesbabes", with their carefully selected range of international and Australian labels.
“a selection of classic, flowy styles, simple silhouettes and edgy, playful gowns”
SoHo has a very specific purpose, to provide an easy, relaxed shopping environment, for the modern women with a "style of her own".
“She was born to be free, let her run wild in her own way and you will never lose her.”

Get Expert Adviceare trains worth the hassle?
i really want a train but ive been told theyre annoying and get dirty/stepped on
am i supposed to wear stockings under my dress?

Hello,
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding day.
This is an individual decision, depends on what you are comfortable to wear and what the temperature will be on your wedding day.
Just bare in mind that it is another layer under your gown, so if you have a tight fitting gown it may leave seam lines.
Have a great wedding day

Train is too heavy to bustle?
Apparently i'll have to buy another dress for my reception cos the train is too heavy to bustle. does this happen often? i feel like whats the point of having an amazing dress if you can only wear it for the ceremony

We are so glad to hear that you have found the dress of your dreams!
We havent had this happen with our brides, although we understand how some trains may be to heavy to stay up with a single bustle.
It might be worth having a chat to your seamstress to see if it is possible for her to add a wrist loop so that you can hold your train up that way.
They may also be able to do a mix of bustles and a wrist loop, however it is hard to know what would be best without seeing the gown.
There should be a way around it, so that you can wear your beautiful gown all day long.
All the best!

Hello,
Congratulations on your engagement!
Having a train on your bridal gown is definately an indiviudal opinion.
There's definately a few things you should consider before deciding whether your gown needs a train, including your ceremony/reception location.
The majority of Bridal trains can be bustled/hooked up out of the way, which is perfect for walking between photos, mingling and dancing the night away.
We would suggest having the gown bustled onto the dress, instead of having a finger loop, as this will allow you to have both hands free.
Trains also make any gown that bit more bridal, and have the WOW factor when walking down the aisle, and for those dramatic back photo's.
Personally, we are suckers for trains.. when else will you get to where a stunning gown with a train?
Goodluck!
