An appointment is essential. Your first appointment typically runs between 60 to 90 minutes with an experienced stylist to assist you with finding your dream day look.
Maison Oui charges a $35 appointment fee which is redeemable toward the purchase of your gown on the day of your appointment.
Should you require a follow-up appointment, a further $35 appointment fee is to be paid, with the accumulated amount of fees eligible for redemption towards the purchase of your gown on the day of your follow-up appointment.
We advise that you bring no more than 3 guests to your appointment due to the space available within our bridal suites. You will also appreciate the focused opinions of your closest and most trusted friends and family.
We ask you to remember that photos taken by phone instore may not always capture the true beauty of the gown you love, however, your stylist on the day will be more than happy to assist you with taking photos of yourself in your favourite gown.
We recommend ordering your gown 6 to 12 months from your wedding date to ensure sufficient production time and alterations.
We can accommodate rush orders, however, this option may incur an additional fee. If your wedding date is a little sooner, email us to find out more about our rush options prior to booking your appointment.
We are able to make small modifications to all made-to-order designs such as a higher or lower neckline or extending skirt lengths. For specific requests, please discuss this with your stylist during your appointment.
Most wedding gowns will require alterations to ensure the perfect fit on your special day. We would be more than happy to make suggestions on areas which may need alterations, however, alterations are to be made at the sole discretion of the bride and alteration costs are to be covered by the bride. Please get in touch with a reputable alterations company to avoid disappointment.

Am I allowed to take photos of the dresses I try on?
I heard from a friend that this is sometimes not allowed at the dress fitting/appointment, but is this the norm? Feel like it will help me choose if I can see what I look like in photos.

Photo policies will vary from store to store. Some stores have a strict no photo policy, whereas other stores such as Maison Oui allow photos. However, we ask you to remember that photos taken by phone instore may not always capture the true beauty of the gown you love, but your stylist on the day will be more than happy to assist you with taking photos of yourself in your favourite gown!

We have brides come in anywhere from 2-4 appointments! You come in and pick your favourites, we give you our suggestions and assist you every step of the way, we want nothing but the best for our lovely brides! Durations of your appointments will defer but on average we set aside least 1 hour per appointment for all our beautiful brides :)
