How long will my appointment be?

Our appointments run for one hour.

Your are fully booked. What can I do?

Please call us on 03 9662 3331 and we will add your name to our wait-list. We will call you if an appointmet becomes available. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee that an appointment will become available.

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest you start looking for your gown 10 - 12 months ahead of your wedding day. We only offer appointments to ladies getting married within 18 months of their appointment. If you are getting married very soon, some of our designers can accomodate rush orders for deliveries under 12 weeks, however a rush fee will apply.

My wedding is soon - can you help?

Please call us on 03 9662 3331 as we are here to assist in any way we can. We have a selection of gowns that you can purchase directly from our salon floor, we also have a selection of gown suppliers who can offer a “rush” or “priority” service speeding up the delivery of your gown. Please kindly note that rush fees apply.

What is the normal delivery time?

Manufacture and delivery times vary from designer to designer. Generally, delivery time will be between 6 – 8 months. Your stylist will work with you to ensure that your gown will arrive in plenty of time before your wedding, including accounting for time to have those final alterations done to achieve the perfect fit; perfect for you and no one else!

Will I need alterations?

In nearly all cases alterations will be needed to ensure the perfect fit on your wedding day. Please kindly note that alterations are not included in the purchase price of your gown as the needs of each bride vary greatly. Bluebell Bridal offers an exclusive in-house expert alterations service. Alterations appointments are available from Tuesday – Friday inclusive, but not on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or public holidays. It is not possible to give quotes or estimates on the cost of alterations at the time of ordering your gown. We offer for all our customers that purchase a gown from us, a complimentary fitting appointment with our highly skilled Alterations team approximately 10 weeks out from your wedding.

Yes, Bluebell Bridal is strictly by appointment only.

Selecting your dream bridal gown is team effort. During your appointment your expert stylist will give you their undivided attention and will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

How do I book a styling appointment?

Please book your appointment using our online booking system which will give you a current up to the minute look at what dates and times are available.

A confirmation sms and email will be sent to you immediately. Please don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Can I share my appointment with a friend?

In the interests of servig you best and ensuring you have a greta experience in our salon we do not offer share/split appointments.

If you and your BFF wish to both have an appointmment on the same day, we kindly aks you to book two separte appointments.

You may opt for the same time, or by our recommendation, one after the other.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. On my first visit, which was actually my first day every trying on dresses, I tried on a few dresses that had sparked my interest from their website. I wasn't dead set on any of them so they then encouraged me to explore other options and then come back if I wasn't satisfied. All the staff remembered who I was on my second visit and they even made recommendations of certain designs I hadn't tried yet. It was one of these recommendations that lead me to my dress and I couldn't have been happier! In the words of my husband - it was perfect! The staff continued to be super kind and helpful all the way up to my final alterations appointments - promising to make sure that I didn't leave/pick up my dress until I was completely satisfied.

This was the only place I went on my shopping day, that I actually FELT like a Bride! All the other shops i went to, I felt rushed, ignored, and like an inconvenience. At Bluebell, from the moment I walked in, I felt spoiled, and special. I had chosen my dress on my first appointment, but my mum wasnt able to come- Bluebell had no issues making a followup appointment, and having my mum along to show her the dress I preferred- but also having me try on a few other dresses of Mums selection so that she felt included! (Designer - Q’nique) Bluebell bridal has already picked out the most exquisite dresses from many designers, the staff are exceptionally trained and very professional. They listened to what I wanted (or not wanted!) and were always ready to offer alternatives. Where can I find a dress in Melbourne with No Lace and No Beading that epitomises opulence?

Looking for a wedding dress - plain fabric - preferably satin silk or silk with some sheen. I loathe lace and beading and am looking for a dress which is made stunning by the cut and the style as opposed to tacky bling. Any suggestions?
