Tumbleweed Events offer on the day coordination, styling , flowers and prop hire. We can work with you leading up to your wedding on decoration and theme ideas, timelines for the day, floral suggestions for bouquets or arrangements, give you suggestions on prop items - whether you have your own or would like to hire some from our collection. We offer a range of services to help take the stress out of your day and make the wedding look stunning.

Yes we can do both ceremony and reception or just one of the two, we have no minimum charge for an event. We have a team of staff that help with set up , styling , coordination and flowers.

Yes you can hire from our prop collection , there is no minimum hire fee , we can deliver to any location within NSW or you can collect from COMO nsw.  There is a delivery fee depending on location and size of hire.

A Planner is involved early on in the process from logisitics, budgets, vendor referrals, contract negotiations to day of execution of the event. Hours work can vary from 80 - 250.

A Coordinator will be involved in the logisitics but on a shorter timeline than a planner. They are usally involved up to a month prior to the event. They will be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly, everything is in order and nothing is forgotten. Hours work can be 20 - 40.

A Decorator/Stylist mostly will offer the same service , the role is purely aesthetic they specialize in design, floorplan layout, lighting and sometimes flowers. They help bring a vision to life creating a cohesive and stylish event. They will set up any props, furniture, lighting and work with the venue coordinator to make sure everything comes together on the day. Hours of work can vary from 30 - 60 hours.

Ruth was absolutely amazing! I approached Ruth at short notice and she saved our wedding! Not only did she provide amazing decorations and a candy bar she also run the whole setup and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Tumbleweed Events rescued our wedding day! I hired them to plan and style our wedding ceremony and reception space but when the worst thing happened - the wait staff I had booked didn't turn up to our reception - Adam and Ruth from Tumbleweed Events stepped up and saved the day. We had an empty venue that needed to be set up for 120 guests and no one to set-up or serve guests. Tumbleweed took over and set-up everything. Yet they were only hired to style the event! They went above and beyond and never complained once. Their only concern was making sure that the bride, groom and guests were happy. They did all this and still made the place look like a spectacular fairytale! I can't recommend them enough.

Tumbleweed were great to work with. They were always prompt to reply, and they followed up with me when I forgot to get back to them. I loved the wide white arch that we hired and they did an amazing job setting up festoon lights. At Tummbleweed Events we believe there is so much that can be done to tranform a space but the most important part is the venue itself. Having a perfect venue which truley represents the couple can be the biggest advantage for styling - providing a base for special touches such as flowers, furniture, lighting etc. The venue and its surrounds must make the couple feel at home and in their element whether this is by the beach or in the forest.

At Tumbleweed Events we believe an Arch is a staple piece, which dates back well into the history of weddings. An Arch is such a vercitle peice which can be used in different ways at both a ceremony and reception, creating a simple backdrop with great impact. The Arch represents the coming together of 2 posts as one as newlyweds. The style, finish and colour of an Arch has the ability to create many different affects in a space. By adding flowers and drapes an Arch becomes an extremly sophisticated wedding decoration. 

There is a plain bluestone wall behind our bridal table. Does it really need something on it?

We are having a 150cm floral arrangement and LED candles along the bridal table so I am thinking that may be enough and if we put something on the wall it might look OTT. Thoughts?

Whilst it may not be everybodies style, a Bluestone wall has the ability to be a beautiful feature wall. This will act as the perfect back drop for the bridal table - use props at either end of the wedding table such as plinths or tall floral arrangements to frame the wall, highlighting its beauty. Alternatively, if you wanted to mask with wall, an Arch may fit perfectly in front of it, disguising the wall if it does not match your theme. A beautiful floral arrangement on the arch will drawn guests attention away from the wall.
